Կոնվերս Բանկը հաջողությամբ ավարտել է Գլոբբինգ ընկերության պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը

 Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտնում է Գլոբբինգ ընկերության պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման հաջող ավարտի մասին, ինչը ներդրողների կողմից բարձր հետաքրքրվածության և ընկերության ֆինանսական կայունության ու զարգացման նկատմամբ ունեցած վստահության լավ ցուցիչ է։

Տեղաբաշխվել են ընդհանուր 2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով պարտատոմսեր՝ տարեկան 8,25% արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությամբ և 3 տարի շրջանառության ժամկետով։ Տեղաբաշխումն ավարտվել է նախատեսված ժամկետից շուտ ինստիտուցիոնալ և հատկապես մանրածախ ներդրողների կողմից ցուցաբերած ակտիվ պահանջարկի պայմաններում։ Թողարկման շուրջ 95%-ը տեղաբաշխվել է ֆիզիկական անձ ներդրողների շրջանում՝ վկայելով շուկայի լայն մասնակցության մասին։

Պարտատոմսերը կներկայացվեն ցուցակման Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում՝ երկրորդային շուկայում ապահովելով թափանցիկություն և իրացվելիություն ներդրողների համար։

Տեղաբաշխումից ներգրավված միջոցները կուղղվեն բիզնեսի ընդլայնմանը, ընկերության ֆինանսական դիրքի ամրապնդմանը և երկարաժամկետ զարգացման ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորմանը։
