Դուբայում կայացել է հեղինակավոր «Gulf Business» անշարժ գույքի գագաթնաժողովը. մեր հայրենակից գործարար Ֆելիքս Վարտանովն արժանացել է մրցանակի

Նոյեմբերի 25-ին Դուբայում տեղի է ունեցել «Gulf Business» անշարժ գույքի գագաթնաժողովը, որը միավորել է ֆինանսների, կարգավորման, զարգացման և բրոքերային ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետներին՝ քննարկելու ԱՄԷ անշարժ գույքի ոլորտի ապագան։

Միջոցառման ընթացքում խոսվել է անշարժ գույքի շուկայի զարգացման, կարգավորումների փոփոխությունների ու շուկայի մարտահրավերների մասին:  

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էին ոլորտի շատ առաջատարներ, այդ թվում «Property Finder»-ի ռիսկերի կառավարման պատասխանատու Շերիֆ Սլեյմանը և «Tokinvest»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն և հիմնադիր Սքոթ Թիլը, «SmartCrowd»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ռիզ Ահմեդը, «Coraly.ai»-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ֆուադ Բեքքարը և Black River Capital-ի տնօրեն Ֆելիքս Վարտանովը:

Ֆելիքս Վարտանովն արժանացել է նաև Game Changer Awards մրցանակաբաշխության «Exellence in Armenia-UAE Business Collaboration» մրցանակին՝ Հայաստանում և ԱՄԷ-ում բիզնես համագործակցության ոլորտում ներդրման համար:

Վարտանովը բազմաոլորտային էկոհամակարգի՝ Black River Capital-ի հիմնադիրն է։ Նա մշակել և իրականացրել է AMANTIS-ի գաղափարը՝ ձեռք բերված տարածքը վերածելով A+ դասի բիզնես կենտրոնի։ Այսօր AMANTIS-ը գնահատվում է 38 մլն դոլար: Վարտանովը նաև կառավարում է The Opus-ի առևտրային ակտիվները, որոնց արժեքը գնահատվում է 27 միլիոն դոլար: Վարտանովը 2026 թվականին ԱՄԷ-ում պլանավորում է ևս 136 մլն դոլար ներդրում կատարել:

BM Premium Trading-ի շնորհիվ, Վարտանովը նաև Tonino Lamborghini-ի բացառիկ դիստրիբյուտորն է տարածաշրջանում, որը ծրագրում է բացել 15 սրճարան ԱՄԷ-ում։
