Ի պատասխան վերջին օրերի՝ իշխանական մամուլում և իշխանամերձ սոցիալական հարթակներում «Տաշիր» ընկերության մասին տարածվող նյութերին

Անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին իշխանական մամուլում և իշխանամերձ սոցիալական հարթակներում տարածվող նյութերին՝ ըստ որոնց «Տաշիր» ընկերությունը վերջին 10 տարիներին ստեղծել է իբր մոնոպոլիա և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ին վաճառել է բջիջներ 2-3 անգամ բարձր արժեքով, անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում նշել հետևյալը․
 
1. «ՀԷՑ» ՓԲԸ-ն «Տաշիր» ընկերության կառավարման ընթացքում գնումներն իրականացրել է բացառապես ՀԾԿՀ-ի կողմից սահմանված կարգերի և օրենքի պահանջների համաձայն։ Գնումների գործընթացը մշտապես գտնվել է պետական կառույցների վերահսկողության ներքո, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատվեց ՀԾԿՀ-ի վերջին նիստի ընթացքում։
 
Իշխանամերձ լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս նախ ծանոթանալ ներկայացված փաստաթղթերին և միայն դրանից հետո անել նմանատիպ ամպագոռգոռ հայտարարություններ՝ առանց հասկանալու անգամ, թե ինչ է նշանակում «մոնոպոլիա»։
 
2. Կրկին ընդգծում ենք, որ վնասով աշխատող ընկերությունը «Տաշիր» խմբի կառավարման 10 տարվա ընթացքում վերածվեց Հայաստանի վարկանիշից բարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող ընկերության։
 
Նշենք, որ պետության կողմից կառավարման ստանձնումից ընդամենը մեկ ամիս անց միջազգային կառույցները նվազեցրին ընկերության վարկանիշը։
 
«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խումբը կատարել է շուրջ 270 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ ներդրում՝ առանց որևէ պետական աջակցության։ Համեմատության համար՝ պետության կողմից կառավարման ստանձնումից հետո նախատեսված 47 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ ներդրումներից իրականացվել է ընդամենը 25 միլիարդը, որից շուրջ 15 միլիարդը՝ դեռ մինչև ժամանակավոր կառավարչի նշանակումը։
 
3. Այսօր արդեն շուրջ վեց ամիս է, ինչ ընկերությունը կառավարվում է ՀԾԿՀ-ի կողմից նշանակված ժամանակավոր կառավարչի կողմից։
 
Չնայած դրան՝ «Տաշիր» խումբը շարունակում է պատրաստակամություն հայտնել աջակցել ցանկացած հարցում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է «ՀԷՑ» ՓԲԸ-ի բաժանորդներին՝ այսինքն Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքացիներին։
 
Սակայն, խնդիրները վերլուծելու և լուծումներ առաջարկելու փոխարեն, քաղաքացիներին պարզապես հորդորում են ավելի քիչ էլեկտրաէներգիա օգտագործել՝ մի բան, ինչը երբեք չի եղել «Տաշիր» խմբի կառավարման ընթացքում։
Վերջում հորդորում ենք իշխանամերձ մամուլի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ լինել գոնե մի փոքր օբյեկտիվ և պատասխանատու իրենց հրապարակումներում։
 
Շնորհակալություն, որ գոնե այս անգամ չեք փորձել նախկիններին մեղադրել «Վարդաշեն» 110/35/6 ենթակայանի, Էջմիածնի քաղաքի կեսի, «Այրում» 35 կՎ օդային գծի, Նոր Արեշի և այլ վթարային անջատումների համար։
 
Անցել է ընդամենը վեց ամիս, և արդեն առկա է կառավարման ճգնաժամ՝ բոլոր ուղղություններով։
