Հանրապետության լեռնային մարզերի առանձին գոտիներում սպասվում է նաև քամու ուժգնացում՝ 17-20մ/վրկ, բուք, ցածր հորիզոնական տեսանելիություն։ Դեկտեմբերի 28-30-ի հատկապես գիշերը և առավոտյան ժամերին հանրապետության ավտոճանապարհներին սպասվում է մերկասառույց։ Օդի ջերմաստիճանը դեկտեմբերի 28-30-ին հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կնվազի 5-7 աստիճանով։
