Կրթության նոր հարթակներ՝ ԱրարատԲանկի և «Արեն Մեհրաբյան» հիմնադրամի համագործակցությամբ

ԱրարատԲանկի և «Արեն Մեհրաբյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի համագործակցությունը մեկնարկել է երկու տարի առաջ, սակայն արդեն հարյուրավոր երիտասարդներ են մասնակցել թվային հմտությունների զարգացման դասընթացներին` դառնալով աերոտիեզերական, ինժեներական և ՏՏ ոլորտների մասնագետներ:

2025-ին ԱրարատԲանկի աջակցության շնորհիվ «Արեն Մեհրաբյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը նախաձեռնել է կրթության զարգացման նոր հարթակների ստեղծում։ Հիմնադրամում ձևավորվել է ժամանակակից և արդյունավետ կրթական մոդել՝ նպատակ ունենալով կարճաժամկետ, անվճար ծրագրերի միջոցով պատրաստել պահանջված մասնագետներ։ Միայն այս տարի դասընթացներին մասնակցել է  ավելի քան 350 շահառու, այդ թվում՝ մարզաբնակ և Արցախից տեղահանված  երիտասարդներ:

«Նման նպատակները հնարավոր չէ միայնակ իրագործել․ անհրաժեշտ են համախոհներ և վստահելի գործընկերներ։ 2024 թվականից ԱրարատԲանկը համագործակցում է  հիմնադրամի հետ՝ աջակցելով սոցիալական նշանակալի նախաձեռնություններին և նպաստելով երիտասարդների համար կրթական նոր հնարավորությունների ստեղծմանը։ Այս համագործակցությունն արդեն տվել է իր արդյունքները․ դասընթացների միջոցով երիտասարդները ձեռք են բերում մասնագիտացում և իրական առաջընթաց են գրանցում ոլորտում»,- նշում է «Արեն Մեհրաբյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հիմնադիր, տնօրեն Մհեր Մեհրաբյանը։

«Արեն Մեհրաբյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի և ԱրարատԲանկի շարունակական ներդրումների արդյունքում 2025 թվականի դասընթացների ցանկը համալրվել է նաև 3D մոդելավորման, վեբ ծրագրավորման ներածական և հաջորդ մասնագիտական փուլերով։

Շահառուների խոսքով՝ Հիմնադրամն ապահովում է բավարար և կիրառական գիտելիքներ՝ հետագայում մասնագիտությամբ աշխատաշուկա մուտք գործելու համար։ Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի ուսանող Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանը դասընթացներին հաճախում է շաբաթական երեք անգամ։  Համադրելով համալսարանական կրթությունը նա ուսումնասիրում է վեբ ծրագրավորում, քանի որ նպատակ ունի դառնալ հմուտ ծրագրավորող և կայանալ ՏՏ ոլորտում։

Անվճար կրթական ծրագրերը շահառուների համար նաև մասնագիտական վերաորակավորման հնարավորություն են ստեղծում։ Հիմնադրամի շահառու Հռիփսիմե Մանուկյանը, լինելով անգլերենի մասնագետ, որոշել է իր գիտելիքները զարգացնել նաև ծրագրավորման ոլորտում՝ այն համարելով արդիական, հետաքրքիր և մտածողություն զարգացնող մասնագիտություն։ Նրա խոսքով՝ կարևոր է, որ Հիմնադրամում կրթությունն անվճար է, բարձրորակ և ուղղված է աշխատաշուկայի իրական պահանջներին համապատասխան մասնագետների պատրաստմանը։

ԱրարատԲանկի և «Արեն Մեհրաբյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի համագործակցությունը շարունակվում է՝ հնարավորություն տալով երիտասարդներին ստանալ ոչ ֆորմալ կրթություն և արդի աշխատաշուկային համապատասխան հմտություններ։

Կրթությունն ԱրարատԲանկի կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ռազմավարության առանցքում է։  Բանկը ձգտում է ապահովել ծրագրերի շարունակականություն՝ կարևորելով կրթության հասանելիությունը բոլոր երեխաների համար:
