Կրթության ոլորտը ԶՊՄԿ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է

Հայաստանի գլխավոր հարկատուն՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձա-մոլիբդենային կոմբինատը կրկին առաջատար է կրթության ոլորտի նկատմամբ իր ուշադրությամբ։ Այս տարի առաջին անգամ ընկերությունը մասնակցել է յուրահատուկ ձևաչափով իրականացվող CaseKey մրցույթին, որն արդեն հինգերորդ տարին է, ինչ կամրջում է ուսանողներին ու գործատուներին՝ հնարավորություն տալով երիտասարդներին ուժերը փորձելու իրական բիզնես խնդիրների լուծման մեջ։ 2025 ամփոփիչ մրցույթի ժյուրիի անդամ էր ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ, տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ Արտյոմ Պետրոսյանը։

Վերջինս մրցույթի ընթացքում ընդգծել է, որ քեյսային ուսուցումն այսօր գիտելիքի փոխանցման ու ստեղծման ամենաարդյունավետ եղանակներից է․ այն զարգացնում է թիմային աշխատանքը, լիդերությունը, բազմակողմանի վերլուծական մտածողությունը և ուսանողներին մոտեցնում է իրական միջավայրի խնդիրներին։ ԶՊՄԿ-ն վերջին արիներին ահռելիա շխատանք է արել կրթության ոլորտում, սոցիալական պատասխանատվության շրջանակում շարունակում է ուսման վճարների փոխհատուցման քաղաքականությունը՝ ըստ առաջադիմության։

Ընկերությունը խրախուսում է կրթության շարունակականությունը և այս համատեքստում ֆինանսավորում է ուսանող-աշխատակիցների մասնագիտական ուղղվածությամբ կրթության ծրագրերը: 2024 թվականին այս ծրագրով փոխհատուցվել է 1600-ից ավելի ուսանողի ուսման վճար։ ԶՊՄԿ-ն բաց է նաև այն ուսանողների համար, ովքեր նախաձեռնողականություն են դրսևորում` ճանաչողական այցերի միջոցով տեղում ծանոթանալու ոլորտի գործունեությանը: Սոցիալական ծրագրերը, որ իրականացնում է ԶՊՄԿ-ն, ևս առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն Սյունիքի և մարզում հանգրվանած արցախցիների համար։

Երկար տարիներ կոմբինատը սոցիալական հարյուրավոր ծրագրեր է իրականացրել, հատկապես Սյունիքի մարզում անգնահատելի է այն աշխատանքը, որն իրականացրել է կոմբինատը։ ԶՊՄԿ-ն հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների ծնողների ստեղծած «ՍՈՐՍ» հիմնադրամի երկարամյա գլխավոր հովանավորն է։ Այս տարիներին տարեկան շուրջ 150 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխա ստանում է անվճար շարունակական թերապիա և այլ ծառայություններ, 40 երեխա` անձնական օգնականի ծառայություն։
