Ինչպե՞ս ընտրել մասնագիտական ուղին և ո՞ր հմտություններն են ամենակարևորը․ ԱրարատԲանկը GoTeach հարթակում

ԱրարատԲանկը մասնակցել է «Դասավանդի՛ր Հանուն Հայաստանի»-ի  կազմակերպած GoTeach կարիերայի տոնավաճառին, որի շրջանակում տեղի ունեցավ նաև պանելային քննարկում՝ «Պատրաստվելով ապագայի աշխատանքային շուկային» թեմայով։ 

Քննարկման ընթացքում մասնակիցները ներկայացրեցին աշխատաշուկայի հիմնական միտումները, խոսեցին պահանջվող փափուկ հմտությունների և իրենց դիտարկումների մասին, որոնք կօգնեն երիտասարդներին կողմնորոշվել ապագա մասնագիտության ընտրության հարցում։ 

«Սիրով ընդունեցինք «Դասավանդի՛ր Հանուն Հայաստանի»-ի հրավերը՝ մասնակցելու GoTeach աշխատաշուկայի շրջանակում կազմակերպված պանելային քննարկմանը և մեր իսկ խորհուրդներով օգնելու մասնագիտական ընտրության առջև կանգնած երիտասարդներին։ Աշակերտների մեծ մասի համար սա մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման հարթակ է՝ սեր ու հետաքրքրություն առաջացնելով նաև այնպիսի պահանջված մասնագիտությունների հանդեպ, որոնց մասին երեխաները բավարար չափով տեղեկացված չէին։ Այսօրվա աշխատաշուկան դինամիկ է, և կարևոր է, որ նրանք ձեռք բերեն ոչ միայն  մասնագիտական գիտելիքներ, այլև ունենան ստեղծագործական մտածելակերպ և սովորելու անընդհատ պատրաստակամություն»,- մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման միջոցառումը կարևորեց ԱրարատԲանկի Հաղորդակցության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերի համակարգման բաժնի ղեկավար Աննա Ալլահվերդյանը։   

Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են նաև DataArt Armenia-ի փոխտնօրեն Իշխան Մարգարյանը, DHL Armenia-ի գործառնական բաժնի ղեկավար Ինաննա Բելույանը և Staff.am-ի հիմնադիր և գլխավոր տնօրեն Լուիզա Ավետիսյանը։  

«Նման նախաձեռնությունները կենսական կարևորություն ունեն՝ աշակերտների հետ գաղափարներ փոխանակելու և մասնագիտական հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ խոսելու համար։ Անհրաժեշտ է, որ այս ձևաչափով քննարկումները շարունակական լինեն հատկապես մարզերում, որտեղ դրանց ազդեցությունը կարող է լինել առավել խորքային և երկարաժամկետ»,- նշեց «Դասավանդի՛ր Հանուն Հայաստանի»-ի առաջխաղացման գծով տնօրեն Վարդան Փարթամյանը։

Նախքան պանելային քննարկումը աշակերտների հետ իրենց փորձառությամբ կիսվեցին «Դասավանդի՛ր Հանուն Հայաստանի»-ի շրջանավարտ-դեսպանները, որոնք TED Talk ձևաչափով խոսեցին ծրագրի ավարտից հետո իրենց մասնագիտության ընտրության և անցած ուղու մասին։   

Միջոցառումը կարևոր քայլ էր երիտասարդներին ճիշտ ուղղորդելու, նրանց ներուժը բացահայտելու և աշխատաշուկայի պահանջներին ծանոթանալու ճանապարհին։ Այն ցույց տվեց, որ միասնական ջանքերը, կրթական ծրագրերն ու պատասխանատու գործընկերությունը կարող են ստեղծել իրական հնարավորություններ նոր սերնդի համար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱրարատԲանկի և «Դասավանդի՛ր Հանուն Հայաստանի»-ի կրթական հիմնադրամի միջև համագործակցությունը մեկնարկել է դեռ 2022 թվականին։ Սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր ԱրարատԲանկի և «Դասավանդի՛ր Հանուն Հայաստանի» կրթական հիմնադրամի միջև։  Ավելի ընդլայնված համագործակցության շրջանակում մաթեմատիկա և ինֆորմատիկա դասավանդող հինգ ուսուցիչ-առաջնորդներ գործուղվել են Վայոց Ձորի, Գեղարքունիքի և Տավուշի մարզեր՝ ապահովելով երեխաների կրթության հավասար իրավունքը։
