Յունիբանկն իրականացրել է ՀՀ դրամային անժամկետ պարտատոմսերի նոր թողարկում

Հաշվի առնելով ներդրողների մեծ հետաքրքրությունն ու առաջին թողարկումների հաջող տեղաբաշխումը՝ Յունիբանկը հայտարարում է ՀՀ դրամով անժամկետ պարտատոմսերի նոր թողարկման մասին։ Անժամկետ պարտատոմսերի նոր թողարկման ծավալը կազմում է 3 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ արժեկտրոնային տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը՝ 13.75%։

Օրեր առաջ Յունիբանկը հաջողությամբ տեղաբաշխել էր առաջին անժամկետ պարտատոմսերը Հայաստանի ֆինանսական շուկայում՝ 3.5 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամ և 9 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալով։ Այդ թողարկումների տեղաբաշխումն ավարտվել էր նախատեսված ժամկետից զգալիորեն ավելի շուտ՝ գրեթե մեկ օրվա ընթացքում։ Ուստի բանկը հաճախորդների պահանջարկը բավարարելու համար ընդունեց պարտատոմսերի նոր թողարկում կատարելու որոշում։

Արժեկտրոնային եկամտի վճարումները կիրականացվեն եռամսյակային պարբերականությամբ: Պարտատոմսերի արժեկտրոնային եկամուտը կմնա անփոփոխ առաջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում, որից հետո այն կհաշվարկվի պետական պարտատոմսերի եկամտաբերության կորի 3 աﬕս ժամկետայնության եկամտաբերությանը գումարելով 6.5%:

Այս նոր ներդրումային գործիքի թողարկումը նշանակալի իրադարձություն էր Հայաստանի արժեթղթերի շուկայի համար: Այն ներդրողներին հնարավորություն է տալիս երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում կանոնավոր եկամուտ ստանալ: Յունիբանկը շարունակելու է հետևողականորեն ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը կապիտալի շուկայում՝ առաջարկելով ժամանակակից ներդրումային գործիքներ և նպաստելով երկրի ֆինանսական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը:
