ԱԱԾ որոշ պաշտոններում ծառայության կարող են ընդունվել նաև 30-ից բարձր տարիքի անձինք

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում մասնագիտական հատուկ գիտելիքներ պահանջող պաշտոններում ծառայություն ընդունվելու հնարավորություն կստանան նաև 30-ից բարձր տարիքի անձինք: 

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ «Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին և կից ներկայացված օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթն ԱԺ նիստում ներկայացրեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Եսայի Մկրտչյանը:

Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ նախագծերի ընդունման արդյունքում 2026-ի հունվարի 1-ից հետախուզությունն այլևս չի լինի ծառայության գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններից մեկը: Կհստակեցվեն ծառայության կողմից արտաքին հակահետախուզական գործունեության սահմանները, ինչպես նաև ծառայության կողմից տարբեր տեղեկատվական համակարգերից օգտվելու գործընթացը: 

«Ծառայությունում մասնագիտական հատուկ գիտելիքներ պահանջող պաշտոններում ծառայություն ընդունվելու հնարավորություն կնախատեսվի 30-ից բարձր տարիքի անձանց համար, իսկ սահմանապահ զորքերում և հատուկ ստորաբաժանումներում ծառայության անցնելու ընթացակարգը որոշակիորեն կպարզեցվի: Նախկինում ունեինք սահմանափակում մինչև 30 տարեկան անձանց զինվորական ծառայության ընդունելու: Հիմա դա վերացվում է: Որոշ դեպքերում հնարավորություն ենք ունենալու 30-ի տարիքային շեմն անցած անձանց ևս ընդունել ԱԱԾ»,-ասաց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ԱԱԾ մարմինների ծառայողին քրեական հետապնդման դեպքում կադրերի տրամադրության տակ գտնվելու ողջ ժամանակահատվածում կվճարվի ամսական հատուցում պաշտոնայի դրույքաչափի 50 տոկոսի չափով:

Կհստակեցվեն ԱԱԾ ծառայողին առողջական վիճակով պայմանավորված՝ ծառայությունից ազատելու վերաբերյալ կարգավորումները:
