Իջևանում հայր և որդի վիճաբանել են պարեկների հետ, հարվածել, քաշքշել և հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 29-ին, արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 03։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Տավուշի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկներ Ալավերդյանը և Ղևոնդյանը ծառայության ընթացքում Իջևան համայնքի Արցախյան փողոցում տրանսպորտային միջոցի լուսային անսարքության համար կագնեցրել են «Mercedes» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա և վարորդից պահանջել են վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական։

Ստուգման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ վարորդը հանդիսանում է Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Լյուբիկ Չ․-ն, որից հետո ավտոմեքենայից իջած ուղևոր, Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 47-ամյա Էդգար Չ․-ն, գտնվելով ակնհայտ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, սկսել է պարեկների հետ վիճաբանել, հարվածելով նրանցից մեկի կրծքավանդակին, հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ, վարորդ Լյուբիկ Չ․-ն նույնպես հնչեցրել է հայհոյանքներ, քաշելով պարեկներին՝ խոչընդոտելով նրանց օրինական գործողություններին։

Պարեկները Էդգար և Լյուբիկ Չ․-երին տեղում ձերբակալել են և տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Իջևանի բաժին։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Իջևանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք ձերբակալվածների հետ միասին փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։

Լյուբիկ և Էդգար Չ․-երը հայր և որդի են։
