Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ուսանողները կստանան ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում

Կառավարության նիստում հավանություն  է տրվել 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ի N 2291-Լ որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին որոշման նախագծին, որի համաձայն՝ Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների առաջին կուրս ընդունված ուսանողները 2025-2026 ուսումնական տարում նույնպես կստանան ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում:

Մասնավորապես՝ փոխհատուցում կտրամադրվի 2025-2026 ուստարում պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ (բակալավր, առկա, վճարովի) ընդունված շուրջ 240 ուսանողի և արհեստագործական ու միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների 1-ին կուրս ընդունված շուրջ 75 ուսանողի:

Բուհերի ուսանողներն այս որոշման շրջանակում փոխհատուցում կստանան մինչև տվյալ կրթական մակարդակի ավարտը 75% և ավելի կիսամյակային մոգ (միջին որակավորման գնահատական) ապահովելու, իսկ արհեստագործական ու միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունների սովորողները՝ նախորդ կիսամյակի արդյունքում 50 տոկոսից ոչ պակաս «գերազանց» և «լավ» գնահատականներ ունենալու դեպքում:

Վերը նշված կարգավորման շրջանակում մինչ այս փոխհատուցում ստացել են Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների՝ մինչև 2023թ. սեպտեմբերի 19-ը հայաստանյան բուհերի վճարովի համակարգում ընդգրկված, ինչպես նաև 2024-2025 ուսումնական տարում ՀՀ պետական բուհերի առկա ուսուցման համակարգ ընդունված սովորողները:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 2025-2026 ուսումնական տարում նախատեսված առաջադիմության շեմը բավարարելու պարագայում ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում կստանա բարձրագույն և հետբուհական կրթական ծրագրերով սովորող շուրջ 870 ուսանող:
