«ԶՊՄԿ» - ի կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվությունն անցել է երրորդ կողմի անկախ հավաստիացում

2025թ․հոկտեմբերին «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը հրապարակեց 2024թ․-ի հաշվետու տարվա կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվությունը:

 Ընկերությունն արդեն չորս տարի շարունակ կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվությունները պատրաստում է միջազգային ընդունված ստանդարտներին համապատասխան։ 2024 թ․ կայուն զարգացման հաշվետվությունը նույնպես կազմվել է հետևելով նախապես ստանձնած հանձնառությանը։ Այս տարվա հաշվետվությունը անցել է նաև անկախ հավաստիացում, որի նպատակն է երրորդ՝ անկախ կազմակերպության կողմից հաստատել ներկայացված տվյալների ճշգրտությունն ու թափանցիկությունը։
Հավաստիացումն իրականացվել է «Գրանթ Թորնթոն Արմենիա» ընկերության կողմից՝ ISAE 3000 ստանդարտով։

 Հաշվի են առնվել GRI, SASB և IFRS S2 միջազգային չափորոշիչների պահանջները։

 Մոտ 3 ամիս տևական գնահատման արդյունքում ձևավորվել է եզրակացություն, որը հաստատում է հաշվետվողականության հուսալիությունը նշված չափորոշիչների շրջանակներում։

Հավաստիացման ընթացքում հայտնաբերված ոչ նշանակալի բացթողումները շտկվել և տեղադրվել են ԶՊՄԿ կայքում։

 ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին այս կապակցությամբ ասել է․

«ԶՊՄԿ-ն արդեն չորրորդ տարին անընդմեջ հրապարակում է կայուն զարգացման վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն՝ հանդիսանալով այս ոլորտի առաջատարը Հայաստանում։ Հաշվետվության արտաքին հավաստիացումը կայուն զարգացման ոլորտում առաջնորդության և համաշխարհային չափանիշներին համապատասխանելու ուղղությամբ ևս մեկ կարևոր քայլ է։ Կարծում եմ, կարևոր է ընդգծել, որ ոչ միայն հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում, այլև այլ ոլորտներում շատ քիչ ընկերություններ են կամավոր սահմանում նման բարձր նշաձող հաշվետվողականության և թափանցիկության համար։ Վստահելիության անկախ հավաստիացումը ձևական ընթացակարգ չէ, այլ մեր խորքային նվիրվածության արտացոլումը՝ իրական կայուն զարգացմանը։ Մենք շարունակում ենք դիտարկել կայուն զարգացումը որպես Ընկերության արդիականացման և նրա զարգացման անբաժան մաս»։
