Բացահայտվել և կանխվել է Իրանից մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով դեպի ՀՀ տարածք առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցներ տեղափոխելու դեպք

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների հիման վրա ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել և կանխվել է ԻԻՀ-ից մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով դեպի ՀՀ տարածք առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցներ տեղափոխելու դեպք։ Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Մասնավորապես, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված համալիր օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Ա.Մ-ն և Ս.Ս-ն, ԻԻՀ քաղաքացու հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, միմյանց գործողությունները փոխլրացնելով, սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին ԻԻՀ-ից մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով՝ իրացնելու նպատակով, ՀՀ են ներկրել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցների խմբաքանակ։
Հանցավոր խմբի անդամները հայ-իրանական պետական սահմանի սահմանային գոտում, ԻԻՀ քաղաքացուց ստանալով թմրամիջոցի նշված խմբաքանակը, այն փորձել են տեղափոխել ք.Երևան, սակայն ձերբակալվել են ԱԱԾ Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից։

Ներկայացված առերևույթ հանցանքի մասին հաղորդման և կից ներկայացված համապատասխան փաստը հաստատող նյութերի հիման վրա ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության կողմից նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, Ա.Մ-ի ավտոմեքենայում կատարված խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է 26 կիլոգրամ թմրամիջոց (4,690 կգ. «Մեթամֆետամին» և 20,842 կգ. «Մարիխուանա»)։ Նշված ՀՀ 2 քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի, 399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի և 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով։
Ա.Մ-ի և Ս.Ս-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը։

Հաշվի առնելով նկարագրված արարքի վտանգավորության բարձր աստիճանը` նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթը Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունից փոխանցվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչություն։ 

Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում խուզարկություններ են իրականացվել հանցավոր գործունեության մեջ ներգրավված անձանց բնակության վայրերում, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են թվով 2 հատ ատրճանակ՝ իրենց փամփուշտատուփերով, լիցքավորված թվով 5 հատ փամփուշտներով, իրացման համար նախատեսված տարբեր չափաբաժինների «Մեթամֆետամին» և «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրանյութեր, ինչպես նաև կեղծ թղթադրամներ, կասկածելի սրվակներ, էլեկտրոնային կշեռքներ և օգտագործված ներարկիչներ:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
