Ֆասթ Բանկը թողարկել և տեղաբաշխում է 12 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր

Ֆասթ Բանկը թողարկել է 12 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով դրամային անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր։ Պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվում են սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ից մինչև 2026 թվականի մարտի 10-ը 100,000 ՀՀ դրամի անվանական արժեքով, 10.75% տարեկան տոկոսային եկամտաբերությամբ։

Պարտատոմսերը թողարկվել են 24 ամիս (10․11․2027թ․) մարման ժամկետով արժեկտրոնի կիսամյակային վճարման պարբերականությամբ։ Ի դեպ, այս ժամկետայնության պարտատոմսերն ազատված են եկամտային հարկից։

Հավելենք նաև, որ ձեռք բերված պարտատոմսերի վերաբերյալ ողջ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է Ֆասթ Բանկի հավելվածում։

Պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել Ֆասթ Բանկի 24/7 գործող 38 մասնաճյուղերից որևէ մեկում՝ ներկայացնելով անձնագիր, սոցիալական կամ նույնականացման քարտ, ինչպես նաև բանկային հաշվի տվյալներ։

Այն դեպքում, երբ հաճախորդն աշխատանքային օրվա մինչև ժամը 16։00-ն է լրացնում հայտերը և ապահովում դրամական միջոցներն արժեթղթերի ձեռքբերման համար, ապա պարտատոմսի գինը հաշվարկվում է տվյալ օրվա գնով, հակառակ դեպքում՝ հաջորդ աշխատանքային օրվա։

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 23.07.2025թ․-ի թիվ 1/249 Ա որոշմամբ գրանցվել է «Ֆասթ Բանկ» ՓԲԸ պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագիրը։

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 29.08.25թ-ի թիվ 1/312Ա որոշման համաձայն գրանցվել է Ֆասթ Բանկ ՓԲԸ-ի Պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագրի լրացումը:

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 30.09.25թ-ի թիվ 1/351Ա որոշման համաձայն գրանցվել է Ֆասթ Բանկ ՓԲԸ-ի Պարտատոմսերի Ծրագրային ազդագրի լրացումը:

Ծրագրային ազդագրի, Ազդագրի լրացման և Թողարկման վերջնական պայմանների էլեկտրոնային տարբերակը հնարավոր է բեռնել հետևյալ հղումով, իսկ թղթային տարբերակները` այցելելով Ֆասթ Բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակ կամ Բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ։
