2027-ից կարգելվի պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակների կիրառությունը

Կառավարության նիստում շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը ներկայացրեց օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որով առաջարկվում է էական սահմանափակումներ կիրառել մեկանգամյա օգտագործման պոլիէթիլենային և պլաստիկ արտադրանքի նկատմամբ։

Պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակների արգելք՝ 2027-ի հունվարի 1-ից. նախագծով առաջարկվում է 2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից արգելել պոլիէթիլենային պարկերի և տոպրակների վաճառքն ու առկայությունը՝

 առևտրի օբյեկտներում,

հանրային սննդի կետերում,

շրջիկ առևտրում, • տոնավաճառներում,

մարածախ առևտրի վայրերում։

Բացառություններ՝  կրպակային փաթեթավորման համար օգտագործվող պարկեր,

 երկրորդային հումքից արտադրված աղբարկղերի պարկեր։

Արգելքը կընդգրկի նաև 50 միկրոնից ավելի հաստությամբ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակները, որոնք մինչ այժմ թույլատրելի էին։ Այլընտրանքներ՝ թղթից կամ կտորից պատրաստված բազմակի օգտագործման պայուսակներ։

Մեկանգամյա օգտագործման պլաստիկ սպասք և տարաներ

Ծրագրով արգելվելու է նաև պլաստիկից կամ փրփրապլաստից պատրաստված մեկանգմա օգտագործման սպասքի և տարաների առկայությունը կամ վաճառքը նույն վայրերում։ Բացառություն է արվում միայն կրպակային փաթեթավորման համար նախատեսված կապարիչով պլաստիկ տարաների համար։

Այլընտրանքներ՝ 

թղթից ու փայտանյութից պատրաստված սպասք,

թղթային կամ փայլաթիթեղային տարաներ։

 Խախտումների դեպքում տնտեսվարողները կընդգրկվեն վարչական պատասխանատվության՝

 առաջին խախտման դեպքում՝ նախազգուշացում, 

կրկնության դեպքում՝ 100 000 – 150 000 դրամ տուգանք։

Այս պահին գործող կարգավորումներով տուգանքը կազմում էր 30 000 – 100 000 դրամ, այսինքն՝ պատժաչափը խստացվում է։
