Ռուսաստանը՝ Հայաստանի կարևոր տնտեսական գործընկեր. հայ բնակչության 15%-ը կախված է ՌԴ-ի փոխանցումներից

Հայաստանում գործազրկության մակարդակը 2024–2025 թթ. ընթացքում նվազել է, ինչը, ըստ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի, պայմանավորված է ծառայությունների ոլորտի ակտիվացմամբ։ Աճի հիմնական շարժիչներից մեկը Ռուսաստանի զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքն է․ Հայաստանը 2025-ին ընդունել է մոտ 1 միլիոն ռուս զբոսաշրջիկ, ինչը նպաստել է ՀՀ-ում հազարավոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը՝ հյուրանոցային-ռեստորանային ոլորտում, առևտրում և ծառայություններում։
 
Ըստ տվյալների՝ Ռուսաստանի աշխատաշուկան նույնպես վճռական դեր ունի․ հազարավոր հայ շինարարներ, վարորդներ և սեզոնային աշխատողներ աշխատում են Ռուսաստանում՝ ապահովելով իրենց ընտանիքների եկամուտները հայրենիքում։
 
Ռուսաստանից ստացվող 3.8 միլիարդ դոլարից ավելի դրամական փոխանցումները շարունակում են մնալ տնտեսական հենասյուն՝ կազմելով արտերկրից եկող բոլոր մուտքերի շուրջ 60%-ը։ Հայաստանի բնակչության մինչև 15%-ը կախված է հենց այս փոխանցումներից։
 
Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանի գնահատմամբ՝ ՀՀ-ում գործազրկության նվազումը մեծապես պայմանավորված է ռուսական շուկայի և զբոսաշրջության ազդեցությամբ։ 
 
«Ռուսաստանից եկող գումարի ծավալը մեծացել է, դա պայմանավորված է ռուս ռելոկանտներով, որոնք մեծ թվով գումարներ են փոխանցում ՀՀ: Ժամանակին, երբ «Միր» քարտերը գործում էին, տարեկան մոտավոր 400 մլն դոլարի չափով գնումներ էին անում ՀՀ-ում:Հիմա էլի ռուսական քարտերի գործածությունն ուզում դն վերականգնել ՀՀ-ում, ինչը կարող է խթանել՝ էլի գումարներ գան ՀՀ»,-ասել է նա:
 
Այսպիսով՝ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի համար կարևոր տնտեսական գործընկեր՝ ապահովելով աշխատանք, ֆինանսական հոսքեր և ծառայությունների սպառման լայն շուկա։
