Հեքիաթի տունը Լոռիում

Լոռու Կուրթան գյուղում հիմնադրված Չուչու լենդ հյուրատունը զբոսաշրջիկներին «տեղափոխում» է հեքիաթների աշխարհ՝ բնության գրկում։

Հյուրատունը գտնվում է Ձորագետի ու Գարգառի կիրճերի միջակայքում. բացվող տեսարանը բացահայտում է Լոռու անզուգական բնությունը՝ կանաչ անտառներ, քարափներ ու ձորեր։

Չուչուլենդը հիմնադրել է Համլետ Մաթևոսյանը, և այժմ իր ընտանիքի հետ հյուրեր է ընդունում աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից՝ նրանց ներկայացնելով հայկական մշակույթը, խոհանոցն ու բնությունը։

Համլետը երկար տարիներ աշխատել է զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում, և այդ ընթացքում ձևավորվել է նրա երազանքը՝ Հայաստանի գեղեցկությունն ու պատմությունը ըստ արժանվույն ներկայացնել  հյուրերին: 

Չուչուլենդը միայն հյուրատուն չէ․ այն նաև կրթական և համայնքային կենտրոն է։ Գյուղի երեխաներն ու երիտասարդները հավաքվում են այստեղ՝ մասնակցելու հայրենաճանաչման, արվեստի, երգի ու պարի դասընթացների։ Համլետի ընտանիքը ձգտում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր այց հնարավորինս նպաստի գյուղի երիտասարդների կրթությանը և համայնքի զարգացմանը։

Չուչուլենդ հյուրատունը Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և Իմփաքթ Հաբի համատեղ իրականացվող ֆելոուշիփի շահառուներից է: Մեկ տարի շարունակ տարբեր դասընթացների, հանդիպումների արդյունքում ստացված գիտելիքները Համլետն օգտագործել է իր բիզնեսը զարգացնելու նպատակով։ 

«Չուչուլենդի հետ կապված ոչ մի բան մենակ չեմ արել ու չէի կարող մենակ անել. հյուրատունն ամբողջությամբ մարդկանց, ընկերների ու լավ հայերի մասին է, ովքեր իսկապես ցանկացել են, որ ինչ-որ բան ավելի լավը դառնա: Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի հետ ունեցել ենք հրաշալի համագործակցություն, որի գերնպատակը եղել է գիտելիքի ու փորձառության տրամադրումը։ Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի միջոցով ես մասնակցեցի տարբեր դասընթացների, որտեղ մարքեթինգային և ֆինանսական նոր գիտելիքներ ստացա. դա անչափ կարևոր է նոր բիզնես վարելու ճանապարհին։ Ես սա համարում եմ համագործակցություն, ոչ թե օգնություն, որովհետև գործընկերներն իրար ձեռք ձեռքի բռնած են առաջ գնում, ոչ թե մեկը մյուսին է առաջ տանում»,- նշում է  Չուչու լենդ  հյուրատան հիմնադիր Համլետ Մաթևոսյանը:
