Արարատ Միրզոյանի ծեծի գործով Թորգոմ Ասատրյանը դատապարտվեց ազատազրկման՝ 5 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Ժորա Չիչոյանի նախագահությամբ, հրապարակեց 2020թ նոյեմբերի 9-ի լույս 10-ի գիշերը կապիտուլյացիոն ակտին հաջորդած իրադարձությունների և այդ ընթացքում ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ  Արարատ Միրզոյանին ծեծի ենթարկելու գործով մեղադրյալ Թորգոմ Ասատրյանի դատավճիռը՝ մեղավոր ճանաչելով Ասատրյանին և դատապարտելով ազատազրկման՝ 5 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով։ Այս մասին փոխանցում է Փաստինֆոն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանի նկատմամբ բռնության այս դրվագով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում է «MMA» չեմպիոն Թորգոմ Ասատրյանը, որն ի սկզբանե մեղադրվում էր Արարատ Միրզոյանի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու մեջ՝ իբրև վերջինիս նշված գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու նպատակով, սակայն դատարանն ավելի վաղ հրապարակել է մեղադրական վերդիկտը՝ վերաորակելով մեղադրանքը՝ մեղավոր ճանաչելով ոչ թե սպանության փորձի, այլ՝ քրեական նախկին օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, այն է՝ զանգվածային անկարգությունների ժամանակ դրանց մասնակցի կողմից բռնություն գործադրելը, ջարդ կամ հրկիզում իրականացնելը, գույք ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը, հրազեն, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր գործադրելը կամ իշխանության ներկայացուցչին զինված դիմադրելը։  Թորգոմ Ասատրյանը մեղադրանքը չի ընդունել, նա կալանքի տակ է 2023թ․ փետրվար ամսից։
