ՊԵԿ-ը, համագործակցելով այլ երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների հետ, բացահայտել է մաքսանենգության սխեմա (տեսանյութ)

Օրերս Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանի «Կարգո» բեռնային համալիրում ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգութան դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցները,  Էլեկտրոնային առևտրի և օդային տրանսպորտով իրականացվող փոխադրումների վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ, մաքսային զննման են ենթարկել ԱՄՆ-ից ՀՀ ներմուծված առաքանին։ Զննման արդյունքում, բացի անձնական օգտագործման իրերից, հայտնաբերվել են քսուկի տարաներ, որոնց մեջ առկա են եղել ընդհանուր 675 գրամ համաքաշով սպիտակ փոշենման «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածներ։

Հիշյալ դեպքով, ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի աշխատակիցների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է հնարավոր ստացող անձի ինքնությունը: Քաղաքացին պետք է ժամաներ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն և ստանար հիշյալ առաքանին։ Ժամանելուց հետո նշված քաղաքացու նկատմամբ սահմանվել է հսկողություն։

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի «Վերահսկելի մատակարարում և գնում» օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակում, «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի փոխարեն նմանատիպ այլ զանգվածների պարունակությամբ միջազգային սուրհանդակային առաքանին ստանալուց հետո, ձերբակալվել և Կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչություն է տեղափխվել Ուկրաինաի քաղաքացի Ա․Բ.-ն։

Միաժամանակ, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, ձեռք են բերվել տվյալներ, որ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացին, առաքանին ստանալուց և թմրամիջոցներն իրացնելուց հետո, կրկին թմրամիջոցներով առաքանի ստանալու նպատակով պետք է մեկներ Խորվաթիայի Հանրապետություն։ Ստացված տեղեկությունները փոխանցվել են Խորվաթիայի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմիններին, ովքեր զննման են ենթարկել առաքանին և հայտնաբերել են 1300 գրամ «հաշիշի յուղ» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։

Ձերբակալված քաղաքացին տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն, որտեղ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ և 399-րդ հոդվածների հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում նա ձերբակալվել է:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
