Միլանի «Ինտերի» հայ կիսապաշտպան Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանը լայնածավալ հարցազրույց է տվել իտալական հեղինակավոր Gazzetta.it պարբերականին՝ խոսելով մի շարք կարևոր և հետաքրքիր թեմաների մասին։

— Հենրիխ, այս մրցաշրջանում փոփոխություններ են եղել. նախորդ մրցաշրջանում Դուք ամենաշատ խաղացած խաղացողների հնգյակում էիք, իսկ հիմա՝ տասնմեկերորդն եք։

— Իրականում ինձ համար ոչինչ չի փոխվել։ Ես ջանքերս չեմ չափում խաղացած րոպեներով։ Շարունակում եմ աշխատել և պայքարել մինչև վերջ՝ թե՛ մարզումների, թե՛ խաղերի ժամանակ։ Գիտեմ, որ այլևս նույն հաճախականությամբ չեմ խաղում, բայց հասկանում եմ՝ 37 տարեկանում նորմալ է, որ երիտասարդները պետք է ստանան իրենց հնարավորությունը։ Օրինակ՝ Շուչիչի համար ես միայն ուրախ եմ։ Նա ուժեղ է, ունի որակ և անհատականություն, և ապագայում մեծ հաջողություններ կունենա «Ինտերում»։

— Կարելի՞ է ասել, որ Շուչիչը նոր Մխիթարյանն է։

— Ոչ, Շուչիչը հենց Շուչիչն է։ Նա լուրջ է, աշխատասեր, սիրում է սովորել, անգամ լեզուներ է ուսումնասիրում։ Գիտի, որ իտալերենը կօգնի իրեն ավելի լավ հասկանալ թիմը։ Նա ժամանակակից կիսապաշտպան է՝ տեխնիկապես ուժեղ, ֆիզիկապես հզոր և շատ վազող։ Տակտիկապես դեռ պետք է աճի, բայց ընդամենը 21 տարեկան է…

— Իսկ որքանո՞վ է դժվար դուրս գալ հարմարավետության գոտուց այսքան տարիներ անց։

— Բոլորովին դժվար չէ, եթե հավատում ես, որ փոփոխությունը միշտ բերում է դրական արդյունք։ Եթե ուզում ես հաղթել, պետք է արագ հարմարվես, ընդունես որոշումները և չբողոքես, այլապես կարող ես խախտել թիմի հավասարակշռությունը։ Մեր թիմում ոչ ոք այդպես չի վարվում. բոլորը բաց են փոփոխությունների համար։ Իմ կարիերայի ընթացքում աշխատել եմ տարբեր ոճի մարզիչների հետ և սովոր եմ խաղալ տարբեր ձևերով։ Ֆուտբոլում և կյանքում հաղթում է նա, ով կարողանում է փոխվել։
