Երևանում առևանգել են իրանցի տղամարդուն նստեցրել են իրենց ավտոմեքենան, հարվածներ հասցրել, սպառնացել և գումար կորզել

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 03։15-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի քրեական վարչություն է դիմել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի 40-ամյա Մոհամեդ Մ․-ն և հայտնել, որ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին՝ ժամը 23։40-ի սահմաններում, երբ գտնվել է Վարդանանց փողոցի 18/2 շենքի մոտ, իրեն են մոտեցել 4-5 տղամարդ, ովքեր քաշքշելով և հարվածներ հասցնելով նստացրել են իրենց ավտոմեքենան, որի համարները և մակնիշը չի հիշում և ավտոմեքենայի սրահում իր ծանոթ Մահդի Ն․-ն իր մոտ եղած դանակը ուղղել է դեպի իրեն և սպառնացել, որ կսպանի իրեն և ընտանիքի անդամներին, եթե չասի իր գումարների տեղը, այնուհետև իր մյուս կողմում նստած Մահդի Ա․-ն և ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող անձը, ում չի ճանաչել, սկսել են բռունցքներով հարվածներ հասցնել դեմքի և մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին, զուգահեռ ստիպելով, որ ինքը զանգահարի որդուն, որպեսզի նա իր գումարները փոխանցի իրենց կողմից ուղղարկված անձին, որից հետո իր տուն բարձրացած անձին որդին փոխանցել է 250 հազար դոլար, ինչից հետո կրկին սպառնալիքների ազդեցության տակ փոխանցել է 50 հազար դոլարին համարժեք կրիպտոարժույթ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ըստ տղամարդու, այդ ամենից հետո Մահդի Ա․-ի հետ բարձրացել է իր բնակարան, որտեղ վերջինս սպառնացել է, որ եթե կատարվածի մասին հայտնեն ոստիկանություն կվերացնեն իրեն և ընտանիքի անդամներին և տվել 5 հազար դոլար ասելով, որ շտապ վերադառնան Իրան։

Քրեական ոստիկանների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ Մահդի Ն․-ի, Մահդի Ա․-ի և մյուս անդամների ամբողջական տվյալները պարզելու և հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

 

Դեպքի փաստով կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
