Ավինյանը միջնորդել է հանել լրագրողի հաշիվների արգելանքը

Հարգելի գործընկերներ,

վստահորդիս՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ քննարկելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ մեր հայցով լրագրող Դավիթ Սարգսյանի դեմ կիրառված հայցի ապահովման միջոցի մասով և ի արձագանք ս.թ. մայիսի 12-ի հայաստանյան լրագրողական կազմակերպությունների կողմից տարածված հայտարարության, ինչպես նաև ընդգծելու համար Տիգրան Ավինյանի դիրքորոշումը՝ որևէ լրատվամիջոցին սնանկացնելու կամ հատուկ որևէ ֆինանսական անհարմարություններ պատճառելու նպատակ չունենալու մասին, այսօր միջնորդություն եմ ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ լրագրող Դավիթ Սարգսյանի գույքի և դրամական միջոցների նկատմամբ կիրառված արգելանքը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ։

Միաժամանակ ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ ցանկացած լրատվամիջոց և լրագրող, իր կարծիքն ու տեսակետը ունենալով, խոսքի ազատության իր իրավունքն իրացնելով հանդերձ, մասնագիտական աշխատանքում պետք է դրսևորի առավելագույն բծախնդրություն, քանի որ իր խոսքով և գրչով առաջին հերթին փորձում է ազդել հանրության վրա՝ ձևավորելով հանրային կարծիք, որտեղ ազնվությունը պետք է լինի առաջնային և չքննարկվող արժեք։
Ցավոք, պրակտիկան ցույց է տալիս, որ շատ հաճախ արտադատական կարգով հերքում պահանջելն անարդյունավետ է, իսկ զրպարտության դեմ պայքարում դատական պաշտպանության միջոցը՝ ամենաարդյունավետը։
