Փաշինյանը հիշել է հանցավորության աճի մասին

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ մասնակցել է Քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողի օրվան նվիրված հանդիսավոր նիստին, որտեղ մի քանի վիճահարույց հայտարարություններ է արել՝ հայտնելով, որ Հայաստանում հանցավորության մակարդակը շատ լուրջ խնդիր է, առավել ևս բռնությամբ կատարված հանցագործությունները։

«Ամեն կրակոց, ամեն քաղաքացի ի վերջո զգում է, որ դա կրակել են իր վրա», - հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը՝ հիշեցնելով Փարաքարի դեպքերը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանը որևէ կերպ չի փորձել պարզաբանել, թե ինչ է արել իրականում իշխանությունը հանցավորության մակարդակը նվազեցնելու համար։

Խոսել է նաև բանակից՝ զինվորականների դավաճանությունների մասին։ «Հետո ասում ենք՝ վայ, ոնց կարա սա տեղի ունենա, ո՞նց է դա հնարավոր ընդհանրապես։ Դե այդ դեպքերը քննվում են գաղտնի ընթացակարգով, դատավարությունները լինում են դռնփակ, բայց նրանք, ովքեր հասու են տեղեկատվությանը, մտածում ես՝ ո՞նց է սա հնարավոր։ Սա ինչի՞ մասին է վկայում. վկայում է այդ անհատի կերպարում առկա պրոբլեմների մասի՞ն, հանրության շրջանում առկա պրոբլեմի մասի՞ն, պետական համակարգում առկա պրոբլեմի մասի՞ն, օրենսդրության և կարգավորումների պրոբլեմի մասի՞ն, որովհետև այս դեպքերը նշանային են։

Ինչպե՞ս ենք մենք խոսում հայրենիքի մասին, ինչքան շատ ենք խոսում հայրենասիրության մասին, ինչքանո՞վ ենք ավանսով հերոս համարում բոլորին, հետո էդ հերոսների մեջ պարզվում է՝ վայ, մի դավաճան բացահայտվեց, վայ՝ երկրորդ դավաճանը բացահայտվեց, վայ՝ երրորդը, վայ՝ չորրորդը։ Վերջին տարիներին մենք տասնյակ դեպքեր ունենք, որ չես կարողանում առերեսվես այդ խնդրի հետ, չես կարողանում ուղղակի հավատաս, որ դա տեղի է ունեցել։

Մենք պետք է իմանանք՝ ինչը այնպես չենք անում։ Նաև մենք մեր իդեալի և հուսահատության բևեռներից մի քիչ ավելի կենտրոն գալու, իրականությունը ավելի հավասարակշռված ճանաչելու կարևոր հնարավորություն ունենք», - ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Ըստ էության՝ կրկին արձանագրում է, որ իշխանությունները քավության նոխազ են նշանակել հայկական բանակին, և գործերի քննություններն էլ տանելու են հենց այդ ուղղությամբ, մինչդեռ իրական ժողովրդավարական և ուժեղ իշխանությունը իր ջանքերը կգործադրեր երկրում հանցավորության մակարդակը նվազեցնելու, ինչպես նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմի իրական հանգամանքները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ, այլ ոչ թե կթաքցներ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը՝ հասկանալով, որ այն իրականում աշխատելու է իրենց դեմ։
