Այսօր պարզ դարձավ՝ մենք ճիշտ էինք, իսկ իշխանությունը հերթական անգամ սխալվեց․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ

Երեկ ՀՀ ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի ղեկավարը տեսաուղերձով խոստովանեց հերթական ապիկարության փաստը՝

մինչև նոյեմբերի մեկը ֆիզիկական անձանց եկամուտների հայտարարագրման պարտադիր պահանջը առկախվում է, մինչև նոր կարգի սահմանումը։

Սա նշանակում է մեկ բան՝ 2024 թվականի եկամուտների հայտարարագրման պրոցեսը տապալվել է։ Մոտ 630 հազար քաղաքացիներ դրսևորել են համընդհանուր անհամաձայնություն և չեն մասնակցել հապճեպ, անտրամաբանական, չհիմնավորված միջոցառմանը, որի նպատակը քաղաքացիների հարկային բեռի ավելացումն ու տուգանքների կիրառումն էր։

«Հայաքվեն» դեռ տարվա սկզբին զգուշացրել էր, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը հապճեպ, անտրամաբանական և անպատասխանատու էր։

Այսօր պարզ դարձավ՝ մենք ճիշտ էինք, իսկ իշխանությունը հերթական անգամ սխալվեց։

Սա ոչ թե տեխնիկական ձախողում է, այլ քպ-ի կառավարման բացարձակ ֆիասկո։

Տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դրամներ ծախսվեցին ոչնչի վրա, իսկ քաղաքացիներին հերթական անգամ թողեցին անորոշության մեջ։ Մեր միավորման մասնագետների համառ և տևական աշխատանքի արդյունքում իշխանությունները ժամանակավորապես նահանջեցին, բայց դեռևս կան բազմաթիվ հիմնավոր կասկածներ, որ նրանք փորձելու են նորից, այլ աննկատ մեթոդներով թալանել հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիներին։ Հատկապես մտահոգիչ է բանկային հաշվի գաղտնիության շարունակական նենգափոխումը։Մենք շարունակելու ենք մշտադիտարկման տակ պահել գործընթացը և կտեղեկացնենք իրավիճակի ցանկացած փոփոխության մասին։

Միևնույն ժամանակ մենք պահանջում ենք անմիջական պատասխանատվություն՝ ԱԺ համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի ղեկավարի նկատմամբ։

Եթե մի ծրագիր չի աշխատում, իսկ պետբյուջեի գումարները փոշիացվում են, ապա պետք է լինեն հրաժարականներ և հաշվետվություն, ոչ թե հերթական արդարացումներ։
