ԱՄՆ-ը և ԵՄ-ն պահանջներ ունեն ՔՊ ընտրացուցակի մասով

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» ակտիվորեն պատրաստում է առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։ Ինչպես օրերս հայտնել ենք, ՔՊ ցուցակի կազմման աշխատանքներին, ոչ միայն բարձրաստիճան քպականներ են մասնակցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, այլ նաև արևմտյան պաշտոնյաները։ Նշել էինք, որ ցուցակի կազմման աշխատանքներով հետաքրքրված են ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Կվինն ու ԵՄ դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը։ Բանն այն է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը և Եվրամիությունը ցանկանում են ապահովագրել իրենց և առաջիկա խորհրդարանում թույլ չտալ անցնել ռուսամետ անձանց՝ առնվազն «Քաղպայմանագրի» խորհրդարանական ցուցակից։ Եվ այդ իմաստով մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել են բոլոր պատգամավորների գործունեությունը, նրանց անցած ճանապարհն ու Ռուսաստանի կամ այլ երկրների հետ ունեցած կապերը։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Արևմուտքը համաձայնվել է ամբողջությամբ ֆինանսավորել Փաշինյանի քարոզարշավը, ինչպես նաև աչք փակել հնարավոր ընտրակեղծիքների ու բռնությունների վրա, բայց պայմանով, որ ցուցակն իրենք են գրելու։ Եվ այժմ ՔՊ-ում ամենաբարձրը լսվում է, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսական» թևի ձայնը, որն էլ տարիներ շարունակ զեկույցներ է գրել ԵՄ դեսպանին՝ կուսակիցների կատարած աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ։ Որոշ պատգամավորներ, որոնք այս ընթացքում առանձնապես արևմտամետ դիրքերից հանդես չեն եկել կամ էլ ներքին քննարկումներում նշել են, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները վատթարացնել չարժե, այժմ գտնվում են առաջնային թիրախում և վերջիններիս կարող են պարզապես դուրս թողնել ընտրական ցուցակից։

Ցուցակի կազմման աշխատանքներին ակտիվորեն մասնակցում է նաև ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի նախկին դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցը, ով չափազանց ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի ԱՄՆ դեսպանի հետ, և նահանգներն էլ ցանկանում են հենց Մակունցին տեսնել ԱԺ ապագա նախագահի պաշտոնում։
