Միրզոյանն ակամայից խոստովանում է իրենց ձախողումը

Խաղաղության մասին բարբաջող հայաստանյան իշխանությունները ստիպված են խոստովանել Ադրբեջանի նախապայմանները։ Լեհական հեռուստաալիքի հետ զրույցում արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմն առաջ է քաշում որոշակի նախապայմաններ, սակայն հայկական կողմը չի կիսում այդ օրակարգը։ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ պատրաստ են հնարավորինս շուտ ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, որը ինքը և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը նախաստորագրել են Վաշինգտոնում։

«Այնուամենայնիվ, նույնիսկ խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերջնական ստորագրման արարողությունից առաջ գոյություն ունեն գործընթացներ, որոնք արդեն ընթանում են կամ կարող են ընթանալ մինչ ստորագրումը։ Օրինակ՝ մենք քննարկել ենք միմյանց նկատմամբ ավելի հանդուրժող լինելու հնարավորությունը կամ նույնիսկ ավելին՝ միջազգային հարթակներում համագործակցության հեռանկարները»,– ասել է Միրզոյանը։

Ու մինչ հայկական կողմը ինքնամոռաց տրվել է խաղաղության քարոզին, Բաքուն շարունակում է պահանջել փոխել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը՝ պնդելով, թե այնտեղ տարածքային պահանջներ կան Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ։ Թեպետ հայկական կողմը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ նման պահանջներ չունի, անգամ Սահմանադրական դատարանի հատուկ որոշում է կայացրել, բայց դա պաշտոնական Բաքվին չի գոհացրել։

Ավելին, Ադրբեջանում հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ եթե սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն տապալվի, իրենք լեգիտիմ հիմքեր կունենան Հայաստանի վրա կրկին հարձակվելու։ Ուստի ցանկացած պարագայում շահած են դուրս գալու։ Իսկ մինչ այդ հայկական կողմը չի ցանկանում խոստովանել, որ իր ձախողումը հերթական անգամ ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Ընդհակառակը՝ անընդհատ թուլացնում են Հայաստանը՝ կարծելով, թե մեծ լավություն են անում իրենց։
