Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Օրերս Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հանրությանը ներկայացրեց «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախաձեռնության նախաբանը։

Սա մեր քաղաքական կյանքի շրջադարձային դրվագ է․ առաջին անգամ ձևավորվող լայն քաղաքական և հասարակական համախմբումը կառուցվում է ոչ թե պաշտոնների ու կադրերի, այլ գաղափարի ու ծրագրի շուրջ։

Այս նոր մոտեցումը կարող է դառնալ ազգային քաղաքական մշակույթի կարևոր շրջադարձ։

Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները չափազանց խորն են, որպեսզի դրանց դիմակայենք միայն իշխանություն–ընդդիմություն հակադրության տրամաբանությամբ։

Մեզ անհրաժեշտ է այլընտրանք՝

● այլընտրանք պառակտմանը, որը տասնամյակներով թուլացրել է մեր պետականությունը,

● այլընտրանք սխալ օրենքներին ու որոշումներին, որոնք թունավորում են հասարակական միջավայրը,

● այլընտրանք խաղաղության այն մոդելին, որն անպատասխանատու որոշումների ու միակողմանի զիջումների տրամաբանության դաշտում է,

● և վերջապես՝ այլընտրանք անվտանգային այն քաղաքականությանը, որը թողել է Հայաստանը առանց հուսալի դաշնակիցների։

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի միջոցով փորձ է արվում ձևավորել ազգային օրակարգ, որն ուղղված է ոչ թե առկա խնդիրները կարկատելուն, այլ դրանց խորքային լուծումներին։

Սա առաջարկ է հասարակությանը՝ մասնակցել ոչ միայն ծրագրի քննարկմանը, այլև իրական համատեղ աշխատանքին։

Որպես «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության ղեկավար՝ ես ողջունում եմ այս նախաձեռնությունը և հայտարարում մեր մասնակցության պատրաստակամությունը։

Մենք կարևորում ենք, որ թիմի ձևավորումը հիմնված լինի արժանավորության(մերիտոկրատիա), մասնագիտական կարողությունների և գաղափարական համոզվածության վրա։

Միայն այս կերպ կարող է ստեղծվել ոչ թե ձևական, այլ իրական այլընտրանք։
Այսօր Հայաստանին պետք է ընտրություն՝

● ոչ թե հին սխալների և նոր վտանգների միջև,

● այլ հստակ ձևակերպված և կենսունակ այլընտրանքի օգտին։
