Ռազմավարական որոշում՝ ըստ Փաշինյանի

Հայաստանը կայացրել է ռազմավարական որոշում, որ իր հաջորդ միջուկային ռեակտորը լինելու է փոքր մոդուլային։ «Այս հարցով խոսակցություններ են ընթանում 5 երկրների հետ»,-խորհրդարանում երեկ հայտարարել է վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հերթական անգամ փորձելով մոլորեցնել հանրությանը՝ իր, իբր, դիվանագիտական հանճարի մասին խոսակցություններով։

Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ նման խոսակցություններ ունեն և՛ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, և՛ Ռուսաստանի, և Չինաստանի հետ, և՛ Հարավային Կորեայի ու Ֆրանսիայի հետ։ «Ընդ որում, մենք քաղաքական բաղադրիչ չենք դնում ընդհանրապես կոմերցիոն և տնտեսական շահավետության առումով պետք է նայենք, թե որ առաջարկն է մեզ ձեռնտու և ընտրություն կատարենք ըստ այդ»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։ Իրականում, սակայն, հենց այս հարցն է, որ ամենաքաղաքականացվածներից մեկն է գործող իշխանության համար։ Բանն այն է, որ ռուսական կողմը պահանջում է, որ հենց ինքը կառուցի նոր միջուկային ռեակտորը։ Միացյալ Նահանգներն էլ ցանկանում է, որ ատոմակայանը կառուցի ամերիկյան կամ արևմտյան որևէ ընկերություն, որպեսզի այն լինի Արևմուտքի վերահսկողության տակ։

Դեռևս անցած տարի Պետքարտուղարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներից մեկը լսումների ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, թե փորձում են օգնել Հայաստանին՝ ապահովել իր էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը և Ռուսաստանից ու Չինաստանից ունեցած կախվածությունը վերացնել, այդ թվում նաև նոր ատոմային ռեակտորի հարցում։ Արևմուտքը բավական առաջադիմել է և կոնկրետ առաջարկներ ներկայացրել հայկական կողմին։ Փաշինյանը դեռևս ձգձգում է վերջնական որոշման կայացումը և, ըստ ամենայնի, նման որոշում կկայացվի արդեն 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո։ Ցանկացած պարագայում, եթե Փաշինյանին հաջողվի կրկին վերարտադրվել, նա ընտրելու է արևմտյան մոդելներից որևէ մեկը՝ ռուսական կողմին էլ դնելով փաստի առաջ, ինչը, նշենք՝ չափազանց «ծանր հետևանքներ կունենա» թե՛ Ռուսաստանի արձագանքի, և թե՛ Հայաստանի վրա ունեցած հետևանքների մասով։
