Վենեսուելան պատերազմի՞ է պատրաստվում ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ

Վենեսուելայի նախագահ Նիկոլաս Մադուրոն ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, որով երկրում արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարվում ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից զինված հարձակման դեպքում։ 

Այս մասին հայտարարել է Բոլիվարյան Հանրապետության  գործադիր փոխնախագահ Դելսի Ռոդրիգեսը՝ Ազգային ինքնիշխանության և խաղաղության խորհրդի և դիվանագիտական ​​կորպուսի հանդիպման ժամանակ։

«Արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու հրամանագիրը նպատակ ունի պաշտպանել մեր հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը, անկախությունը և կենսականորեն կարևոր ռազմավարական շահերը», - ասել է Ռոդրիգեսը Venezolana de Televisión հեռուստաալիքի եթերում՝ նշելով, որ փաստաթուղթը անմիջապես ուժի մեջ կմտնի, եթե «Միացյալ Նահանգների զինված ուժերը համարձակվեն ագրեսիա իրականացնել Վենեսուելայի դեմ»։

Ռոդրիգեսը նշել է, որ փաստաթուղթը Մադուրոյին տալիս է «սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված հատուկ լիազորություններ՝ ամբողջ երկրում մոբիլիզացնելու Հանրապետության Ազգային Բոլիվարյան զինված ուժերը՝ ենթակառուցվածքների, հանրային ծառայությունների, նավթի և գազի արդյունաբերության և այլ ոլորտների վրա անհապաղ ռազմական վերահսկողություն ստանձնելու համար»։

«Նախագահը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել արտաքին սպառնալիքի վերաբերյալ ։Այն հիմնված է մեր Սահմանադրության 236-րդ հոդվածի վրա», - ասել է նա՝ մանրամասնելով, որ սա հատուկ լիազորություններ է տալիս պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերում՝ Վենեսուելան պաշտպանելու համար։ Փոխնախագահը շեշտել է, որ ԱՄՆ ռազմական միջամտությունը կդիտարկվի որպես մեխանիզմի ակտիվացման խթան։

 Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարեց վենեսուելական թմրամիջոցների կարտելի 11 անդամների սպանության մասին՝ միջազգային ջրերում ԱՄՆ ռազմածովային ուժերի գործողության ժամանակ։ Թրամփը մեղադրեց Կարակասին թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ ոչ բավարար պայքարի մեջ և հանցավոր խմբավորումը բնութագրեց որպես Մադուրոյի կողմից վերահսկվող։ Ի պատասխան՝ Վենեսուելայի նախագահը իրավիճակը անվանեց վերջին 100 տարվա ընթացքում ԱՄՆ միջամտության ամենալուրջ սպառնալիքը։ Նա պնդեց, որ սկսվել է Երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմը, և ԱՄՆ-ն ծրագիր ունի։ Մադուրոն ընդգծեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ն ցանկանում է ռազմական ճանապարհով փոխել Վենեսուելայի ռեժիմը։

Օգոստոսին Վենեսուելայի նախագահը հայտարարեց Բոլիվարյան ազգային աշխարհազորի ժողովրդական մոբիլիզացիայի մասին՝ ի պատասխան «ամերիկյան իմպերիալիզմի» սպառնալիքների և երկրի ինքնիշխանությունը պաշտպանելու կոչի։ Մադուրոն հայտարարեց, որ կոչի նպատակն էր մերժել Վաշինգտոնին և ցույց տալ ժողովրդի պատրաստակամությունը՝ դեպի խաղաղություն, բայց իրենց սեփական պայմաններով։
