Ինչո՞ւ է Փաշինյանը հիշել Եվրամիությանը

Երեկ Ստրասբուրգում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե «Թրամփի ուղու» կառուցմանն ու գործարկմանը մասնակցելու համար երրորդ երկրները պետք է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև Միացյալ Նահանգների համաձայնությունը ստանան։ «Թրամփի ուղին» քննարկվում է ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ երկկողմ ձևաչափով։ Կարող է ներգրավել ցանկացած երրորդ կողմ, որի շուրջ Հայաստանն ու Միացյալ Նահանգները ձեռք կբերեն համաձայնություն։ «Իհարկե, մենք շահագրգռված ենք, Եվրամիությունը մեզ համար վստահելի գործընկեր է, և ցանկանում ենք, որ ավելի վստահելի շատ գործընկերներ ներգրավվեն։ Բայց էլի, զուտ կոռեկտության առումով, ֆիքսվել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Միացյալ Նահանգներն են թեման քննարկում, և երրորդ կողմերը կարող են ներգրավվել երկու կողմերի համաձայնության դեպքում»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Նշենք, որ այս կերպ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ապահովագրել իրեն։ Բանն այն է, որ օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված հռչակագիրը ունի 2-3 տարվա կյանք ըստ պայմանավորվածությունների, և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այժմ փորձում է ապահովագրել իրեն՝ Միացյալ Նահանգներից բացի, նաև Եվրամիությանը ներգրավել այդ ճանապարհի շինարարությանը, որպեսզի, երբ Թրամփից հետո ԱՄՆ քաղաքականությունը փոխվի, ճանապարհի վերահսկողությունը կարողանա հանձնել Եվրամիությանը։ Բնական է, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն էլ փորձի TRIPP-ում ներգրավել Ադրբեջանին։ Ավելին, Ադրբեջանի խոսույթը Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի վերաբերյալ թույլ չի տալիս նման որևէ հեռանկար։ Այժմ Փաշինյանն էլ հասկանում է, որ կարող է ճանապարհի հարցում խնդիրներ ունենալ, ուստի, բացի Միացյալ Նահանգներից, փորձում է ներգրավել նաև Եվրամիությանը, և ըստ էության, Ստրասբուրգում արած նրա հայտարարությունը դրա նախերգանքն էր։ Եվրամիությունն ինքն էլ դեմ չէ մասնակցել այս ծրագրին հավասարը հավասարի պես և նույնիսկ պատրաստ է որոշակի գումարներ ներդնել։
