Այլևս խոսքի ազատությունն ու ժողովրդավարությունը պաշտպանում են Պավել Դուրովի նման անհատները, այլ ոչ թե Արևմուտքը․ Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Տելեգրամի հիմնադիր Պավել Դուրովը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որ ֆրանսիական հատուկ ծառայությունները նրան առաջարկել են, ավելի շուտ՝ պարտադրել են ջնջել Տելեգրամում որոշակի նյութեր Մոլդովայի ընտրությունների հետ կապված, և Պավել Դուրովը հրաժարվել է կատարել Ֆրանսիայի հատուկ ծառայությունների պահանջը, քանզի հասկացել է, որ դա խոսքի ազատության դեմ ուղղված գործընթաց է, քանզի ֆրանսիացիները առաջարկել և պարտադրել են Դուրովին, որ նա Տելեգրամից հեռացնի Մոլդովայի ընդդիմության տեսակետները և այն քաղաքական ուժերի տեսակետները, որոնք հանդես են գալիս ավելի շատ պրոռուսական հայացքներով և հայտարարություններով։
Ի դեպ, պետք է նկատենք, որ Պավել Դուրովը գտնվում է ֆրանսիական հատուկ ծառայությունների ուշադրության դաշտում արդեն շատ վաղուց, Ֆրանսիայում նրա դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցված, բայց ի պատիվ պարոն Դուրովի՝ նա չի վախեցել և փաստացի պայքարում է խոսքի ազատության համար։

Իհարկե, Հայաստանում պրոարևմտյան գործիչները և Արևմուտքից գրանտ ստացող գրանտակերները նման իրադարձությունների վրա ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում և չեն ուզում հասկանալ, որ իրենց սիրելի ժողովրդավարության և խոսքի ազատության ջատագով Արևմուտքը այսօր ամեն գնով ճնշում է նույն խոսքի ազատությունը և պայքարում է ժողովրդավարության դեմ առհասարակ, եթե այդ ժողովրդավարությունը չի ծառայում Արևմուտքի քաղաքական և աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերին, այլ փորձում է ներկայացնել յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի և պետության սուվերեն շահերը։

Այն, ինչ կատարվեց Մոլդովայում, օրինակ է այն բանի, թե ինչպես է Արևմուտքը ընտրությունների միջոցով բռնազավթում իշխանությունները այս կամ այն երկրներում, և հատկապես՝ հետսովետական երկրներում, որպեսզի այդ երկրները հակառուսական, գեոպոլիտիկ կոնֆլիկտում ծառայեցնի սեփական շահերին՝ թքած ունենալով՝ արդյոք այդ պետությունները կկործանվեն, թե ոչ, արդյոք այդ ժողովուրդները կկոտորվեն, թե ոչ։ Ամեն ինչ պետք է անել միայն Արևմուտքի շահերը պաշտպանելու նպատակով, և այն ժողովուրդները, որոնք ընդունում են Արևմուտքի այս լկտի խաղի կանոնները, պետք է պատրաստ լինեն, որ կհայտնվեն պատերազմի մեջ, կունենան վտանգ՝ իրենց սեփական պետությունները կկործանվեն և իրենց զավակները կզոհվեն։

Արևմուտքն այլևս ժողովրդի¬դեմոկրատիայի և խոսքի ազատության հետ գլոբալ առումով կապ չունի։
Ի դեպ, ֆրանսիական հատուկ ծառայությունները Դուրովին առաջարկել են, որ եթե նա համագործակցի նրանց հետ՝ նրանք դատարանում կօգնեն Դուրովին, որպեսզի նրա հանդեպ մեղմ պատժաչափ կիրառվի։ Սա նաև ցույց է տալիս Արևմտյան դատական իշխանության անկախությունը և Արևմուտքի կողմից դատական իշխանության նկատմամբ ունեցած ընկալումները։ Սա ևս փաստ է։
