Փաշինյանի օրոք Հայաստանը վերածվել է «Սիցիլիայի տնազի»

Վերջին մի քանի օրում Հայաստանում երեք սպանություն տեղի ունեցան, որոնք բավականին լուրջ աղմուկ են բարձրացրել։ Արմավիրում՝ շան համար կսված վիճաբանությունից հետո, ինքնաձիգով կրակոցներից սպանվել էր մի տղամարդ։ Սպանություն էր եղել նաև Կապանում, բայց ամենաղմկահարույցը Մերձավանում՝ Փարաքարի համայնքապետ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանի և նրա ոստիկան ընկերոջ սպանությունն էր։ Ընդամենը երկու օրում ոստիկանությունն ու Քննչական կոմիտեն, իրարամերժ հայտարարություններ տարածելով, տպավորություն ստեղծեցին, թե բացահայտել են Մերձավանում կատարված սպանությունը։

Ընդ որում, եթե սկզբից մեղադրանքի սլաքներն ուղղվում էին փետրվարին սպանվածի եղբոր ուղղությամբ, ապա հայտարարեցին, որ սպանության մեկ այլ իրականացնող է հայտնաբերվել։ Ընդհանրապես, նման աղմկահարույց դեպքերի պայմաններում ոստիկանապետը կամ ներքին գործերի նախարարը հրաժարական է տալիս, բայց Հայաստանի իշխանությունները՝ որպես քավության նոխազներ, հեռացրեցին ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության պետին և Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի վարչության պետին, փաստացի ակնարկելով, որ ներքին գործերի նախարար, իր գործը հիմնավորապես ձախողած Արփինե Սարգսյանը հրաժարական տալու մտադրություն չունի։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հայտնվել է մի իրավիճակում, երբ քաղաքական կամ քաղաքականության հետ կապ ունեցող սպանությունները չեն բացահայտվում, իսկ բացահայտվելիս էլ այնպիսի ու հակասական տեղեկություններով են ուղեկցվում, որ հանրության մոտ նստվածքը և կասկածամտությունը մնում է։ Ի վերջո, Փաշինյանը հանրապետությունը վերածել է Սիցիլիայի, իսկ առաջիկայում՝ կապված խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ, իրավիճակն ավելի է խորանալու և վատթարանալու։

Իրավապահ համակարգը վաղուց վերածվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անձնական օգտագործման գործիքի, որի միակ նպատակը Փաշինյանի և նրա մերձավորների պաշտպանությունն է։ Արդյունքում շարքային քաղաքացիները մնացել են հանցագործների հետ դեմ առ դեմ, իսկ անպաշտպանության այդ զգացումը ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենում երկրի վրա։ Չի գործում նաև արդարադատության համակարգը, թեպետ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը 2018 թ․-ից հետո անընդհատ խոստանում էր արմատապես փոխել իրավիճակը, բայց այն ոչ միայն չփոխվեց, այլև գնալով ավելի խայտառակ դրսևորումներ է ստանում։
