Ո՞վ է գրելու «Քաղպայմանագրի» ընտրական ցուցակը

Համաժողովի և վարչություն ընտրելուց հետո «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն արդեն գարնանը նոր արտահերթ համաժողով է գումարելու, որտեղ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընտրացուցակի առաջին 30 համարներն են որոշելու։ Ու թեպետ ՔՊ-ն հայտարարում է, որ ցուցակը որոշելու են քվեարկությամբ, բայց կուսակցության ներսում բոլորովին այլ տրամադրություններ և այլ կարծիքներ են շրջանառվում։ Նշենք, որ իրավիճակը արմատապես փոխվել է, երբ բազմաթիվ քպականներ անցել են կուսակցության վարչություն, իսկ ազդեցիկ որոշ դեմքեր էլ դուրս են մնացել։ Ըստ ամենայնի, վերջիններիս ցուցակի ավելի ստորին հորիզոնականներում են տեղավորելու։

«Քաղպայմանագրում» խոսում են, թե Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ընտրական ցուցակը գրել առանց կուսակցության կամ անգամ վարչության հետ քննարկելու։ Ընդամենը քննարկում է 2 մարդկանց հետ՝ Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսի և ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինի հետ։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ 2 անձինք Փաշինյանին պարզապես պարտադրում են իրենց հետ համաձայնեցնել ցուցակը՝ որոշ քպականների, որոնք առանձնապես աչքի չեն ընկել արևմտամետ ելույթներով կամ էլ հայտնի են որպես ռուսամետ, դուրս թողնելով ընտրական ցուցակից։ Եթե Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ընտրել եվրաինտեգրման ուղին, ապա պետք է ստանա ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրամիության համաձայնությունը։

Որոշ անուններ արդեն իսկ իրենք էլ տեղյակ են, որ տեղ չեն գտնելու ընտրական ցուցակում։ Մասնավորապես, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ հարվածի տակ է ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը։ Վերջինս միջազգային կառույցների և նրանց տեղական ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումներում որոշ հայտարարություններ է արել, որոնք դուր չեն եկել ամերիկացիներին և Եվրամիության ներկայացուցիչներին, և ըստ ամենայնի, Վարդանյանին դուրս կթողնեն ընտրական ցուցակից։ Փաշինյանը հենց ինքն է գրելու ընտրական ցուցակի ոչ միայն առաջին 30 համարները, այլև մյուս բոլոր համարները և ցուցակով ներկայացնելու է այդ արտահերթ համաժողովին։
