Պետք է մի կողմ թողնել բոլոր հարցերը, էմոցիաները, երազանքները, մեկը մյուսին վիրավորելու արատավոր պրակտիկան և սկսել քննարկել՝ ինչպես է լուծվելու մեր պետության և տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության խնդիրը․ Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Կլինի Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետություն, թե Չորրորդ, Հայաստանը կկոչվի իրական, թե պատմական՝ անկախ այն բանից, թե որ ուժերը կղեկավարեն Հայաստանը, միևնույն է՝ օրակարգային ամենակարևոր և առաջնային հարցը հետևյալն է․ ինչպես է լուծվելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության (անկախ անվանումից) անվտանգության խնդիրը, ինչպիսին է լինելու մեր ռեգիոնի անվտանգության ճարտարապետությունը։

Անկեղծ մտածում էի, որ Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահները այսօր միմիայն այս հարցը պետք է քննարկեն, քանզի Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունը, առանց թաքցնելու, բացեիբաց պնդում է, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգության համակարգը կառուցվելու է դեպի Արևմուտք։

Հիմա ընդդիմությունը պետք է կամ հակադարձի այս թեզերին՝ պնդելով, որ չի կարող Հայաստանի անվտանգություն լինել առանց Ռուսաստանի և չի կարող մեր տարածաշրջանում լինել խաղաղություն առանց Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության ճարտարապետության, կամ պետք է հայտարարի, որ այս ամենակարևոր հարցում համակարծիք է գործող իշխանության հետ։ Այդ դեպքում բանական մարդիկ եզրակացություն կանեն, որ եթե այս հարցում ընդդիմությունն ու իշխանությունը համակարծիք են, ապա մնացած բոլոր հարցերը դառնում են երկրորդական, և ընդդիմությունը ինքը, որպես այդպիսին, կորցնում է ընդդիմություն լինելու իր դերակատարումը։

Ես կրկին անգամ ուզում եմ հիշեցնել մեր քաղաքական այսպես կոչված էլիտաներին, որ Հայաստանի և մեր ռեգիոնի անվտանգության խնդիրը լուծված չէ, և մենք ունենք իրական անվտանգության խնդիր։ Հետևաբար պետք է մի կողմ թողնել բոլոր հարցերը, էմոցիաները, երազանքները, մեկը մյուսին վիրավորելու արատավոր պրակտիկան և սկսել քննարկել՝ ինչպես է լուծվելու մեր պետության և տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության խնդիրը։

Եվ եթե ընդդիմադիրները չեն ուզում այս հարցը քննարկել, ապա նրանք պարտավոր են ազատել ընդդիմադիր հարթակը՝ թույլ տալու, որպեսզի Հայաստանում իսկապես ձևավորվի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները կարևորող, այդ հարաբերությունների այլընտրանքը հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության հարթություններում չտեսնող նոր ընդդիմություն։ Հակառակ պարագայում այն, ինչ անում են այսօր նախկին նախագահները և գործող այսպես կոչված ընդդիմությունը, մեր պետության շահերը և մեր երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրը չլուծող գործունեություն է։
