«Գյումրու օր» տոնակատարությունն այս տարի կնշվի հոկտեմբեր ամսին

«Գյումրու օր» տոնակատարությունը 2025 թվականին կնշվի հոկտեմբեր ամսին։ «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի փոխանցմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 22-ին կայացած Գյումրիի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնել է Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը՝ հստակ օր չնշելով:

Հատկանշական է, որ համայնքապետարանի Մշակույթի և երիտասարդության հարցերի բաժինը քաղաքի օրվա տոնակատարությունների համար առաջարկել է 15 միլիոն դրամ բյուջե, սակայն քաղաքապետը շեշտեց՝ կա բարերար, ով պատրաստ է այդ միջոցառման համար ներդնել ավելի մեծ գումար: Նիստի օրակարգում ի սկզբանե ընդգրկված տոնակատարության կազմակերպման հարցն այսքանով սահմանափակվեց ու քաղաքապետի նախաձեռնությամբ օրակարգից հանվեց:

Քաղաքապետի քայլը դժգոհություն առաջացրեց Գյումրիի ավագանու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սարիկ Մինասյանի մոտ: Վերջինս շեշտեց, որ այսպիսի որոշումները պետք է ընդունի ավագանին, ոչ թե քաղաքապետը՝ միայնակ.

«Գյումրու հետ կապված ցանկացած որոշում պետք է ընդունի Գյումրիի ավագանին։ Ոչ ոք չի կարող անտեսել քաղաքի բարձրագույն իշխանությունը»,- նկատեց նա, ինչին ի պատասխան Վարդան Ղուկասյանն արձագանքեց, որ իր լիազորությունների սահմաններում է հարցը օրակարգից հանելը և վստահեցրեց, որ տոնն անպայման կլինի։
