Իրաքն էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի դեմ պայքարում է արևի օգնությամբ

Իրաքում կիրակի օրը բացվել է երկրի առաջին արդյունաբերական մակարդակի արևային էլեկտրակայանը, որը գտնվում է Կերբելայի մարզի լայն անապատում։ Այս նախագիծը կառավարության նոր կուրսի մաս է կազմում՝ վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի զարգացման ուղղությամբ, քանի որ երկիրը, չնայած նավթի հարստությանը, տարիներ շարունակ տառապում է քրոնիկ էներգետիկ ճգնաժամերից։

«Սա Իրաքում նման հզորությամբ առաջին նախագիծն է», — հայտարարել է նոր կայանի գործադիր տնօրեն Սաֆաա Հուսեյնը։ Կայանը, որը հեռվից թվում է որպես սև քաղաք ավազների մեջ, ժամանակի ընթացքում կկարողանա արտադրել մինչև 300 մեգավատ էլեկտրաէներգիա։ Դրա նպատակը ոչ միայն ազգային ցանցին էներգիայի մատակարարումն է, այլև վառելիքի սպառման նվազեցումն ու շրջակա միջավայրին բացասական ազդեցության կրճատումը։

Այս նախագիծը հավակնոտ պլանի միայն սկիզբն է։ Արդեն կառուցվում է 225 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ կայարան Բաբիլի մարզում, իսկ շուտով կսկսվեն աշխատանքները 1000 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ հսկայական նախագծի վրա Բասրայում։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կառավարությունը ունի 12 500 ՄՎտ ընդհանուր հզորությամբ արևային էներգետիկայի նախագծեր, որոնք գտնվում են իրականացման տարբեր փուլերում։ Եթե դրանք իրականացվեն, դրանք կկարողանան ծածկել երկրի էլեկտրաէներգիայի կարիքների 15–20%-ը։ Սա կարևոր է Իրաքի համար, որտեղ արտադրությունը չի ծածկում նույնիսկ սպառման կեսը, ստիպելով բազմաթիվ իրաքցիներին գոյատևել 50 աստիճանի տաքության մեջ առանց օդորակիչների։
