Ինտրիգների մշակույթն ու կնոջ կապրիզը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի կինը՝ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը, շարունակում է իր ուղերձների շարքը: Նա երկրորդ հրապարակումն է արել այն անհայտ պաշտոնյայի մասին, ով ըստ առաջին հրապարակման՝ չի ծառայել, բայց մատը թափ տալով ճառում է զինվորական ծառայության, զորակոչի հավասարության մասին:

Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի գրառումներում քաղաքական ենթատեքստեր փնտրեցին, չբացառվեց նաև նոր զարգացումների հանգամանքը:

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Սարո Սարոյանի խոսքով՝ նշվածը քաղաքական ենթատեքստ կարող է ունենալ միայն Սեյրան Օհանյանի թիմի և նրա կնոջ պատկերացումներում:

«Այլ դեպքերում դա կարող է բացարձակ կապ չունենալ քաղաքականության հետ: Ավելի շատ նման է ինչ–որ կնոջ կապրիզի, ում պաշտոնյա ամուսինը զրկվել է պաշտոնից, և հիմա այդ կինը անբավարարված է այս ստատուսից ու իր անբավարարությունը փորձում է լրացնել նման հայտարարություններ անելով: Ընդամենը մի կնոջ կապրիզ է: Այդպիսի կանայք, ի դեպ, Հայաստանում շատ են: Նույն իրավիճակում նրանք նույն որոշումները կկայացնեին և կփորձեին ներքուստ վերհիշել իրենց անցյալը, ինչ–որ նոր ինտրիգներ փնտրել ու հայտարարություններ անել: Կնոջը հարիր բնույթի մեջ է այս ամենը: Լուրջ քաղաքական նպատակներ կամ ծրագրեր այստեղ պետք չէ փնտրել: Ես ավելի շատ հոգեբանական տեսանկյունից եմ նայում իրավիճակին՝ այստեղ կապրիզից ավելի լուրջ քաղաքական ինչ–որ շարժ չկա»,– «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սարո Սարոյանը:

Նշենք, որ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի հայտարարությունից հետո անհայտ պաշտոնյայի փնտրտուքների մեջ հնչեց նաև ՊՆ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի անունը: ՊՆ խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը պարզաբանում ներկայացրեց՝ ընդգծելով նաև, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը երբևէ չի խուսափել զինվորական ծառայությունից:

«Հայաստանի դեպքում սովորական արձագանք էր: Այսինքն՝ ինչ–որ մի շրջանակի կողմից ինչ–որ ինտրիգ է ստեղծվում և այդ ինտրիգը սկսում են փորփրել: Բայց սա լուրջ քաղաքականության հետ կապ չունի: Ինչպես Սեյրան Օհանյանի կնոջ վարքը, այնպես էլ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի կողմնակիցների այդ արձագանքները հարիր են հայկական քաղաքական դասին: Քաղաքական դաշտն այնքան է անլրջացել, որ այդ պատասխաններն էլ են անլուրջ: Ի դեպ՝ անուն էլ չի տրվել: Այս դեպքում ենթադրություններ անելը, դրանց հիման վրա պաշտպանվելը կամ հակահարձակման դիմելը ծիծաղելի է: Աշխարհն առաջ է գնացել, իսկ մենք դոփում ենք նույն տեղում՝քաղաքականությունը պատկերացնում ենք ինչ–որ ինտրիգներով: 20 տարի է՝ ինտրիգիների մշակույթը Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտի մաս է կազմում: Բայց ժամանակն է, որ մարդիկ հասկանան ու այլ կերպ դիտարկեն հանգամանքները: Յուրաքանչյուրն ինչ–որ հոգեբանական շեղում կարող է ունենալ, բայց այդ շեղումներից դուրս՝ ռացիոնալի և տրամաբանականի դաշտում պետք է իրերին նայել»,– հավելեց նա:

Քաղաքագետը որևէ նոր զարգացում չի կանխատեսում. «Ոչ մի արդյունք կամ հետևանք չի լինելու, բացի նրանից, որ լրահոսը կարող է ծանրաբեռնվել ինչ–որ կնոջ և մյուս կողմից էլ՝ ինչ–որ տղամարդու կամ նրա կողմնակիցների հակադարձումների վրա»:
