Ի՞նչ է փնտրում ԱԱԾ տնօրենը Բաքվում

Երեկ տարօրինակ մի հայտարարություն տարածվեց, որն առաջին հայացքից անհավատալի էր թվում։ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության մամուլի ծառայությունը նշել էր, որ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցելու է Բաքվի համաժողովին։ Անվտանգության 3-րդ միջազգային ֆորումն անցկացվում է սեպտեմբերի 19-ից 21-ը, իսկ ԱԱԾ տնօրենը երեկ երեկոյան արդեն չարթերային թռիչքով՝ Gulfstream G450 ինքնաթիռով «Զվարթնոցից» մեկնել է Բաքու և վայրէջք կատարել Հեյդար Ալիևի անվան օդանավակայանում։

Թե ի՞նչ մասնակցություն է ունենալու այդ համաժողովին Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, որևէ մանրամասնություն չի հաղորդվում, չի նշվում նաև, թե ինչ հարցեր են քննարկվելու ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների հետ։ Հասարակության մի հատված, իհարկե, ակնկալիքներ ունի, որ ԱԱԾ տնօրենը Բաքվից կվերադառնա պահվող գերիների հետ։ Հիշեցնենք, Ադրբեջանում ներկայումս 23 հայ ռազմագերի է պահվում պաշտոնական տվյալներով, և նրանցից 8-ը Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչներ են։

Թեպետ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները համոզում են, որ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով աշխատում են գերիներին վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ, սակայն փաստ է, որ գերիները վաղուց դարձել են Փաշինյանի աչքի փուշը, և որևէ ռեալ քայլ նրանց Հայաստան վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ չի արվում։ Իսկ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի Բաքու կատարելիք այցը ընդամենը հանրության աչքին խաղաղության դարաշրջան հաստատելու հերթական թոզփչոցին է։ Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը Բաքու առոք-փառոք կընդունեն, չի բացառվում, որ պատիվ էլ տան, ապա կճանապարհեն Հայաստան՝ առանց ռեալ որևէ բան պայմանավորվելու։ Ըստ էության, գործող իշխանություններն էլ հերթական քարոզչական նարատիվն առաջ կտանեն, իբր առաջ են մղում խաղաղության իրենց ձախողված դարաշրջանը։
