«Դասավանդի՛ր հանուն Հայաստանի» կրթական հիմնադրամը հայտարարում է Ուսուցիչ-առաջնորդների հավաքագրման առաջին փուլի ավարտի մասին

«Դասավանդի՛ր հանուն Հայաստանի» ծրագրի շրջանակում ավարտվեց Ուսուցիչ-առաջնորդների հավաքագրման առաջին՝ վաղ հավաքագրման փուլը։ Այս փուլում ծրագրին միանալու ցանկություն է հայտնել ավելի քան 300 դիմորդ, որոնք, առաջիկայում անցնելով ընտրության ևս մի քանի փուլ, հնարավորություն կստանան դառնալ մեր նոր սերնդի Ուսուցիչ-առաջնորդներ։

Առաջին փուլի՝ հավաքագրման մասնակիցները իրենց մասնագիտությունների շրջանակում ունեցել են հաստիքների ավելի լայն ընտրանի։ Հավաքագրման գործընթացը, սակայն, շարունակվելու է․ ծրագրին դիմելու հնարավորություն կունենան նաև նրանք, ովքեր առաջին փուլում չեն հասցրել ներկայացնել հայտը, բայց ցանկանում են սկսել իրենց կարիերան մեզ հետ, դասավանդել Հայաստանի մարզերում և լրացնել դպրոցներում առկա բազմաթիվ թափուր աշխատատեղերը։

Հայտ կարող են ներկայացնել տարբեր ոլորտների մասնագետներ, նաև ուսանողներ, որոնք ավարտական կուրս են փոխադրվել։ Մանկավարժական կրթություն ունենալը պարտադիր չէ. կարևոր է, որ դիմորդները  պատրաստ լինեն անցնել համապատասխան վերապատրաստում և իրենց փորձն ու գիտելիքները փոխանցել Հայաստանի մարզերի դպրոցների երեխաներին՝ նպաստելով կրթության որակի բարձրացմանը։

Ուսուցիչների հավաքագրման երկրորդ փուլի մեկնարկը նախատեսված է հոկտեմբերի 6-ին, իսկ հայտերի ընդունումը կշարունակվի մինչև մարտ ամիսը ներառյալ։

«Դասավանդի՛ր հանուն Հայաստանի» կրթական ծրագիրը գործում է 2015 թվականից՝ նպատակ ունենալով ապահովել որակյալ կրթություն Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում։ Ծրագիրը միավորում է տարբեր մասնագիտությունների երիտասարդ մասնագետների, որոնք պատրաստ են դասավանդելու մարզային դպրոցներում, դառնալու Ուսուցիչ-առաջնորդներ և նպաստելու կրթական հնարավորությունների հավասարեցմանը։ Կազմակերպությունը նաև տրամադրում է մասնագիտական վերապատրաստում և  ֆինանսական աջակցություն՝ զարգացնելու ուսուցիչների առաջնորդական ու համայնքային նախաձեռնությունների կարողությունները։

Միայն 2024 թվականին ծրագրին դիմել է շուրջ 1100 հոգի, որոնցից ընտրվել են ընդամենը 37 մասնակիցներ։ Սեպտեմբերից նրանք իրենց գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները սկսել են կիրառել Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերի դպրոցներում։ Ծրագրի գործունեության ընթացքում արդեն ձևավորվել է ավելի քան 450 Շրջանավարտ-դեսպանների համայնք, որոնցից շուրջ 70 տոկոսը ծրագրի ավարտից հետո շարունակում է իր աշխատանքը կրթության ոլորտում՝ շարունակելով ներդրում ունենալ Հայաստանի կրթական զարգացման գործում։
