Գյումրին առանց տոնի. իշխանության «պատժի» նոր մեխանիզմը

Գյումրիում սեպտեմբերի վերջին օրերն են, բայց քաղաքի տոնը դեռ չի կայացել։ Այդ նույն Գյումրին, որը Հայաստանի մշակութային և զբոսաշրջային կենտրոններից մեկն է, այս տարի մնաց առանց պետականորեն կազմակերպված որևէ նշանակալի միջոցառման։ Մի քաղաք, որի անունը տարիներ շարունակ ասոցացվել է փառատոնների, մշակութային խանդավառության ու մարդաշատ հրապարակների հետ, հիմա կարծես մոռացության է մատնված։

Քաղաքում չանցկացվեց անգամ կառավարության ֆինանսավորմամբ ավանդաբար կազմակերպվող փառատոնը` Ֆեստիվառը, որը պետք է դառնար տարվա գլխավոր իրադարձություններից մեկը։ Մինչդեռ տրամաբանությունը հուշում է, որ Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ մարզային քաղաքում նման միջոցառումները պետք է ոչ թե բացառություն, այլ ավանդույթ լինեին։

Այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում այն ժամանակ, երբ Գյումրին ունի ընդդիմադիր քաղաքապետ։ Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ իշխանությունների վերաբերմունքը պայմանավորված չէ քաղաքի հնարավորություններով կամ մշակութային ներուժով, այլ քաղաքական հաշվարկներով։ Քաղաքը, փաստորեն, դարձել է քաղաքական պայքարի բեմահարթակ, իսկ տոնակատարությունները՝ շահարկման գործիք։

Գյումրեցիները, սակայն, մեղք չունեն։ Նրանք սպասում են քաղաքի տոնին, ինչպես ամեն տարի՝ ջերմ հանդիպումներին, համերգներին, հյուրերին ու համախմբման մթնոլորտին։ Փոխարենը՝ ստանում են անուշադրություն ու լռություն։ Քաղաքի տոնակատարության չանցկացված լինելը ոչ միայն անտեսում է գյումրեցիների սպասումները, այլև հարված է քաղաքի զբոսաշրջային ներուժին։

Գյումրին, իր յուրահատուկ մշակույթով, պատմությամբ ու մարդկանց հյուրընկալությամբ, արժանի է պետական ուշադրության։ Բայց այսօր այն օգտագործվում է որպես «պատժի» մեխանիզմ ընդդիմադիր ղեկավար ընտրելու համար։ Իսկ արդյունքում տուժում են ոչ թե քաղաքական գործիչները, այլ քաղաքի բնակիչները։

Գյումրին այսօր նորից ապացուցում է՝ այն միշտ ավելին է, քան պարզապես վարչական միավորը։ Այն հայության ինքնության, տոկունության և ստեղծարարության խորհրդանիշն է։ Իսկ այդ խորհրդանիշի արժանապատվությունը անտեսելն ու փոքրացնելը ոչ միայն քաղաքական սխալ է, այլև՝ ազգային։
