Տեսեք, մեր մտածողությունը հետաքրքիր է, մենք ընդհանրապես սուբյեկտության զգացում չունենք: Մենք հարևան ասելով հասկանում ենք ուրիշներին, մենք հարևա՞ն չենք: Այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ հաճախ հանդիպում է քաղաքական, լրագրողական, մտավորական, փորձագիտական հարթակներում նախադասություններ, որն ի ցույց է դնում, որ «մենք մեզ սուբյեկտ չենք համարում»:

«Հիմա ես օրինակ բերեմ. երբ մենք որևէ երկիր մուտք գործենք և տեսնենք, որ մեր մի բնապատկերի նկար այդ երկրի անձնագրի մուտքի կնիքի մեջ դրված է, մենք ի՞նչ կասենք: Կասե՞նք այս ինչ լավ է: Մենք հարևա՞ն չենք»,-ասել է Փաշինյանը:

Լրագրողի հարցին՝ արդյո՞ք Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի սոցիալական ցանցի ոչ պաշտոնական էջում տեղադրված Արցախի տեսարանն է կարող է նյարդայնացնել Ադրբեջանին, վարչապետը պատասխանել է. «Խոսքը լեգիտիմության մասին, միջազգայնորեն ընդունված կանոնների և պարտավորությունների կատարման մասին է, խոսքը ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության մասին է, որտեղ ասվում է, որ երկրները միմյանց ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչելու և հարգելու հիման վրա պետք է կառուցեն հարաբերություններ: Սրա մասին է խոսքը: ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության մեջ չկա, որ որևէ մեկը չի կարող որևէ տեղում լուսանկարվել»:

Վարչապետը հիշեցրել է, որ իրենց ռազմավարությունը, սկսած 2020 թվականից, նրա մասին է, որ պետք է մտածել պետական տրամաբանության և պետության տեսանկյունից: Հայրենասիրության մոդելն էլ, ըստ նրա, պետք է այդպիսին լինի:
