Ադրբեջանը զինվում է, Փաշինյանը՝ խոսում խաղաղությունից

Մինչ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարում են, որ 2026 թ․-ին պաշտպանական ծախսերի նվազում է նախատեսվում, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ավելացնել պետական բյուջեից ծախսերը պաշտպանության և անվտանգության համար։ Թեև սկզբնապես տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը նվազեցնելու է ռազմական ծախսերը, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը վերանայել է բյուջեն և 5․2 միլիարդ դոլար տրամադրել պետական բյուջեից։ Սա 3․8%-ով ավելի է, քան 2025 թվականի համար հաստատված կանխատեսումը։

Փաստացի, Ադրբեջանի կառավարության տվյալներով՝ 2026 թ․-ին ռազմական հատկացումները պետական բյուջեի ծախսային մասի 21%-ն են կազմելու։ Ադրբեջանը նաև շարունակում է ակտիվորեն զինվել։ Օրերս կրկին հայտնի է դարձել «Silk Way» ավիաընկերության թռիչքների և նախկինում կնքված ռազմական պայմանագրերը վերանայելու մասին։ Այդ ընկերության բեռնատար օդանավը թռիչքներ է իրականացրել պատերազմում գտնվող Իսրայել, ապա Սերբիայի մայրաքաղաք Բելգրադ, որտեղից էլ զենքի և սպառազինության նոր խմբաքանակ է տեղափոխել Ադրբեջան։

Ու քանի դեռ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են համոզել, որ խաղաղության դարաշրջան է վրա հասել, Ադրբեջանը ակտիվորեն զինվում է, վերանայում իր ռազմական բյուջեն, ավելացնում ծախսերը, ինչը, նշենք, արդեն իսկ լրջագույն մարտահրավեր է Հայաստանի համար։ Բայց փաշինյանական իշխանությունը որևէ քայլ չի կատարում ռազմական բյուջեն ավելացնելու մասով, ինչը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները որոշել են Հայաստանին անպատրաստ թողնել հնարավոր նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի դեպքում։
