Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստ․ ովքե՞ր կարող են ստանալ և ի՞նչ չափով

Ովքե՞ր կարող են ստանալ

Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի իրավունք ունեն․

  • նորածնի ծնողը,
  • որդեգրողը,
  • խնամակալը։

 Նպաստը նշանակվում և վճարվում է, եթե ծնողը և նորածինը հաշվառված են ՀՀ-ում և գտնվում են ՀՀ տարածքում (օրենքով սահմանված բացառություններով):

Հատուկ դեպքեր

  • Եթե երեխայի ծնունդը գրանցվել է օտարերկրյա պետությունում, նպաստը կարող է նշանակվել, եթե ծնողը և երեխան հաշվառված են և գտնվում են ՀՀ-ում։
  • Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի ծնողը կարող է ստանալ նպաստ, եթե․
  • երեխան հաշվառված է ՀՀ բնակության վայրի հասցեով,
  • ծնողը և երեխան գտնվում են ՀՀ-ում,
  • ծնողը վերջին երեք տարին անընդմեջ հաշվառված է ՀՀ-ում,
  • օտարերկրյա պետությունում ծննդյան կապակցությամբ նպաստ չի նշանակվել։

ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ծառայության աշխատողներին և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամներին նպաստը նշանակվում է, եթե եթե երեխայի ծննդի պետական գրանցում իրականացրել է ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ծառայության մարմինը։

Ո՞ր դեպքերում նպաստը չի տրվում

Ծնողը կորցնում է նպաստի իրավունքը, եթե․

  • հրաժարվում է երեխայից,
  • երեխային տեղավորում է մանկատանը կամ սոցիալական պաշտպանության կազմակերպությունում,
  • երեխան որդեգրվում է,
  • երեխան ճանաչվում է առանց ծնողական խնամքի մնացած։

Երեխայի խնամակալին երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը նշանակվում և վճարվում է անկախ երեխայի՝ առանց ծնողական խնամքի մնացած երեխայի կարգավիճակ ունենալու հանգամանքից:

Նպաստի չափը

  • Առաջին և երկրորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում՝ 300,000 դրամ։
  • Երրորդ և չորրորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում՝ 1,000,000 դրամ։
  • Հինգերորդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում՝ 1,500,000 դրամ։
  • Եթե միաժամանակ ծնվում է մեկից ավելի երեխա, նպաստի չափը յուրաքանչյուրի համար սահմանվում է՝ ըստ ամենաբարձր կարգաթիվ ունեցողի։

Երրորդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի` պետական աջակցության հաշվին մուտքագրվող չափը`

  • երրորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում` հինգ հարյուր հազար դրամ,
  • չորրորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում` հինգ հարյուր հազար դրամ,
  • հինգերորդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխայի ծնվելու դեպքում` մեկ միլիոն դրամ.

Դիմելու կարգը

  • Դիմումը և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվում են Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոն։
  • Տարածքային կենտրոնը 10 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում ստուգում է տվյալները և ընդունում որոշում։
  • Մերժման դեպքում դիմողը 5 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում ստանում է գրավոր ծանուցում։
  • Դիմելու վերջնաժամկետը՝ երեխայի ծննդյան ամսվանից հետո 12 ամիս։
