Թրամփի «խաղաղություն», թե 3+3․ Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Թրամփն այսօր գրառում է կատարել՝ խոսելով մեր տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության մասին և նշելով, թե իբր ինքը խաղաղություն է բերել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև առկա լարվածության պայմաններում, բայց մյուս կողմից Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է մեսիջներ ուղարկել Հայաստանին, որ պետք է շարունակել 3+3 ձևաչափով մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հասնելու գործընթացը, և Հայաստանը դեմ չէ։

Այս իրադարձությունները վկայում են, որ, չնայած այն բանին, որ Թրամփը շարունակում է պնդել, թե ինքը խաղաղություն է բերել մեր տարածաշրջան, այնուամենայնիվ, Ռուսաստանն էլ շարունակում է պնդել, որ իրական խաղաղության հասնելու համար պետք է խնդիրները լուծել տարածաշրջանային խաղացողների շնորհիվ և պետք է շարունակել 3+3 ձևաչափով գործընթացը։ Եվ Հայաստանը կարծես թե դեմ չէ շարունակելու 3+3 ձևաչափում իր գործունեությունը, և այստեղ հարց է առաջանում՝ եթե Հայաստանը համարում է, որ Թրամփը լուծել է անվտանգության խնդիրը, ապա ինչու է շարունակում 3+3 ձևաչափով իր գործունեությունը և չի հայտարարում, որ այլևս 3+3-ի կարիքը չկա, քանզի Թրամփը խաղաղություն է բերել մեր տարածաշրջան։

Այս ամենում ակնհայտ է մեկ բան՝ Ռուսաստանը չի հավատում Թրամփի՝ տարածաշրջան խաղաղություն բերելու գործընթացին, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ ցանկանում է, որպեսզի 3+3 ձևաչափը շարունակի իր գործունեությունը, քանզի Ռուսաստանին իսկապես մեր տարածաշրջանում պետք է իրական խաղաղություն, և Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում, որ մեր տարածաշրջանը դառնա հերթական տարածաշրջանը, որը Արևմուտքը օգտագործում է իր գեոպոլիտիկ շահերի համար և արդյունքում տարածաշրջանը դարձնելու է նոր ռազմական օջախ՝ ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի և նրա դաշնակիցների։

Իրականում խնդիրները բավականին բարդ են, աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը լարված է, և պետք է, այս ամենից հետևություններ անելով, զգույշ լինել, որպեսզի Հայաստանն ու մեր տարածաշրջանը չդառնան Արևմուտքի ձեռքին հերթական գործիքը սեփական գեոպոլիտիկ խաղերը առաջ մղելու ճանապարհին։
