Կալիֆորնիան միավորել է ջրանցքներն ու արևային վահանակները

Կալիֆորնիայի Թերլոքի ոռոգման շրջանը շահագործման է հանձնել 1,6 մեգավատ հզորությամբ ֆոտովոլտային կայան, որը տեղադրված է անմիջապես ոռոգման ջրանցքների վրա: Nexus կոչվող նախագիծը TID-ի, Կալիֆորնիայի ջրային ռեսուրսների դեպարտամենտի, Մերսեդի Կալիֆորնիայի համալսարանի և Solar AquaGrid ընկերության համագործակցության արդյունքն է:

Շինարարությունը սկսվել է 2025 թվականի փետրվարին և ավարտվել օգոստոսի վերջին: Հիմնական հատվածը ձգվում է 115 ֆուտ երկարությամբ և ամբողջությամբ միացված է էլեկտրացանցին: Լրացուցիչ նեղ հատվածը տեղադրվել է մարտին: Արևային վահանակները տեղադրված են ջրանցքների մակերևույթի վերևում՝ հատուկ կոնստրուկցիաների վրա: Վահանակների տակով հոսող ջուրը բնականորեն սառեցնում է ֆոտովոլտային տարրերը, ինչը բարձրացնում է դրանց էներգետիկ արդյունավետությունը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, վահանակները արգելափակում են արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթները՝ նվազեցնելով ջրանցքներից ջրի գոլորշիացումը:

Արտադրված ամբողջ էլեկտրաէներգիան ուղղվում է շրջանի բաշխիչ ցանց՝ սնուցելու պոմպային սարքավորումները և ջրանցքների դարպասները: TID-ն պլանավորում է ընդլայնել այս տեխնոլոգիան պետական ջրանցքային համակարգի այլ հատվածներում:

Նմանատիպ նախագծեր իրականացվել են Արիզոնայում և Հնդկաստանում, որտեղ հաստատվել է ջրային ջրանցքների վրա արևային կայանների տեղադրման արդյունավետությունը: Հաշվարկները ցույց են տալիս, որ ԱՄՆ-ի 13,000 կիլոմետր հանրային ջրանցքների վրա վահանակների տեղադրումը կարող է ապահովել 25 գիգավատ էներգիայի արտադրություն և կանխել միլիարդավոր լիտր ջրի կորուստ ամեն տարի:
