Աշխատանք` հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող երիտասարդների համար

«Արվեստարան» կրթամշակութային կենտրոնում հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող չորս երիտասարդ արդեն մի քանի ամիս ակտիվ ներգրավված է «Լոշիկ» սոցիալական  ձեռնարկատիրական ծրագրում։ Ծրագրի շնորհիվ նրանք պատրաստում են լոշեր,  նրբաբլիթներ, չորահացեր ու լանչ բոքսեր, որոնք հետագայում վաճառվում են սուպերմարկետներում և սրճարաններում` աշխատանքով ապահովելով ոչ միայն երիտասարդներին, այլև նրանց ծնողներին։

«Արվեստարան» կրթամշակութային կենտրոնը «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ամենամյա դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի հաղթողներից է։ Ծրագրի շնորհիվ վերազինվել է խոհանոցը՝ հնարավորություն տալով երիտասարդներին ընդլայնել արտադրական ծավալներն ու ապահովել ավելի շատ վաճառքներ: 

««Արվեստարան» ՀԿ–ն սոցիալական կարևոր խնդիր է լուծում: Նման   կազմակերպությունները  քիչ են, որոնք հաշվի են  առնում հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող երեխաների՝ հասարակության մեջ ինտեգրվելու կարևորությունը, առավել ևս` աշխատանքային պրոցեսում ինտեգրվելու կարևորությունը։ Իսկ նման  կազմակերպությունները, ինչպիսին է «Արվեստարանը», շատ կարևոր քայլ է ձեռնարկել այս ուղղությամբ»,- նշել է «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Աննա Գիշյանը։ 

«Սկզբում դժվարությունները շատ էին. շատ դժվար էր հմտություն փոխանցելը, բայց հիմա արդեն տղաները բավականին մեծ ինքնուրույնություն ունեն։ «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի միջոցով մենք կարողացանք մի մեծ քայլ առաջ գնալ, որովհետև մենք չունեինք համապատասխան սարքավորումներ, որպեսզի կարողանայինք այդ պրոդուկտները ստանալ և ամեն ինչը ձեռքով էինք պատրաստում։ Նմանատիպ աջակցությունները մեզ շատ-շատ մեծ թևեր են տալիս ու մենք էլ սկսում ենք մեծ  ոգևորությամբ առաջ գնալ»,- նշել է «Արվեստարան» ՀԿ հիմնադիր Հասմիկ Թանգյանը։  

«Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է Ակբա բանկի, ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ, Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Ազգային  ֆեդերացիայի և Գիշյան  ընտանիքի կողմից։  Հիմնադրամի   ծրագրերն ուղղված են հայ-ֆրանսիական կապերի ամրապնդմանը, Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական, գիտակրթական, մշակութային, առողջապահական համակարգերի բարելավմանն ու կատարելագործմանը:
