Երևանի «շուն սատկացնողը»՝ Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ հերթական ոչ դիվանագիտական կրթությամբ անձը նշանակվեց Վրաստանում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան: Խոսքը ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Ռուբեն Սադոյանի մասին է, ով երկար տարիներ աշխատել է հարկային մարմիններում, Էլցանցում, «Կենտրոն–կանաչապատում»–ում, բայց ոչ երբեք՝ դիվանագիտության ոլորտում:

Իսկ նրա հիմնական զբաղմունք–բիզնեսը, ինչպես երևանցիներն են ասում՝ Երևանում «շուն սատկացնելն է»: Սադոյանին է պատկանում «Յուքնիգրաֆ–իքս» ընկերությունը, որն զբաղվում է Երևանի թափառող շներով: Բյուջեից տարեկան կես միլիոն դոլարի փող է դուրս գրվում ու փոխանցվում այս կազմակերպությանը, որպեսզի մրցույթում միշտ հաղթող Սադոյանը վնասազերծի ու ստերիլիզացնի շներին: Հետաքրքիր է, որ նա արդեն ութ տարի շարունակ փաստաթղթերով նույն թիվն է ցույց տալիս, թե իբր Երևանում 46000 թափառող շուն կա: Բա, եթե ստերիլիզացնում են, շների թիվը չի պակասո՞ւմ: Ի դեպ, կենդանիների պաշտպանության «Դինգո թիմ» կազմակերպությունը փաստում է, որ Մոսկվա քաղաքում գրանցված է ընդամենը 20000 թափառող շուն: Փաստորեն, մեր քաղաքի շները Մոսկվայի շներից կրկնակի շատ են, դեռ մի բան էլ՝ ավելի: Դե, դրա համար էլ կես միլիոն դոլար են տանում:
