Նիկոլ Փաշինյան և Սամվել Կարապետյան․ երկու դեմքեր քաղաքական մենամարտին ընդառաջ

Հայաստանի քաղաքական և հանրային դաշտում այսօր ամենից շատ քննարկվող երկու անուններից են վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և գործարար-բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը։ Նրանց միջև տարբերությունները ոչ միայն անձնական կենսագրությունների մեջ են, այլև՝ քաղաքական և հասարակական մոտեցումների։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քաղաքական ասպարեզ մտավ որպես հեղափոխության առաջնորդ՝ խոստանալով արդարություն, ժողովրդավարություն և նոր որակ պետական կառավարման մեջ։ Սակայն անցած տարիները ցույց տվեցին, որ նրա մոտեցումները հաճախ կտրուկ փոխվում են՝ կախված արտաքին ու ներքին ճնշումներից։

Նրա ղեկավարության օրոք Հայաստանը կորցրեց դիվանագիտական դիրքերը, ընկավ և հայաթափվեց վերջին հարյուրամյակների ամենաարժեքավոր ձեռքբերումը Արցախը։

Ներքաղաքական դաշտում Փաշինյանի խոստումները չիրականացան․ չհաջողվեց կառուցել համակարգային ու թափանցիկ ինստիտուտներ։

Փաշինյանի հեղինակությունը միջազգային ասպարեզում էլ աստիճանաբար խամրեց․ Հայաստանը ներկայանում է ոչ թե որպես նախաձեռնող, այլ որպես ճնշումների ենթակա երկիր։

Փաշինյանի նախաձեռնությունները գրեթե միշտ ուղեկցվում են մեծ սպասումներով, որոնք, սակայն, ավարտվում են ստով և հիասթափությամբ։

Սամվել Կարապետյանը, ի տարբերություն Փաշինյանի, երբեք չի հանդես եկել հեղափոխական կարգախոսներով։ Նրա անունը կապվում է խոշոր բիզնեսի, ներդրումների և բարեգործության հետ։

Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնած նախագծերը հիմնականում ուղղված են եղել Հայաստանի ենթակառուցվածքների և արդյունաբերության զարգացմանը։

Նրա կողմից հովանավորվող ծրագրերը կրթության, մշակույթի և սոցիալական ոլորտներում լուրջ ազդեցություն են թողել հազարավոր ընտանիքների վրա։

Վերջին շրջանում, քաղաքական դաշտ մուտք գործելու փորձերով, Կարապետյանը փորձում է առաջարկել «գործնական» օրակարգ՝ հիմնված արդյունաբերության վերակենդանացման, աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման և երկրի ներքին ռեսուրսների օգտագործման վրա։

Նրա կերպարը ընկալվում է որպես չեզոք-դրական․ քաղաքական առումով նա դեռևս նորեկ է, բայց գործարար և բարեգործական գործունեության փորձը նրան հնարավորություն է տալիս հանդես գալու որպես հնարավոր այլընտրանք։

Եթե Փաշինյանի ճանապարհը կարելի է համեմատել սուր, երբեմն չհաշվարկված ընթացքի հետ, ապա Կարապետյանի մոտեցումները կարելի է համարել հաշվարկված և իրատեսական։ Երկուսն էլ ձևավորում են իրենց քաղաքական ու հանրային դիմագիծը, սակայն նրանց ընկալման տարբերությունը ակնհայտ է․ Փաշինյանը՝ հիասթափության և վստահության կորստի, Կարապետյանը՝ նոր սպասումների ու իրատեսական ծրագրերի։
