«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության միգրացիոն պետական ծառայության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Համբարձում Աբրահամյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր՝ պաշտոնը ստանձնելու 2017 թ. հայտարարագիրը:

Ըստ հայտարարագրի՝ Աբրահամյանի սեփականությունն են համարվում թվով երեք բնակարանը: Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ էլ ունեցել է միայն 15 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար գումար:

Տարեսկզբից մինչև պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում աշխատել է 14 միլիոն 774 հազար դրամ, որից 2 միլիոն 577 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձն է, 9 միլիոն 177 հազար դրամը գույքը վաճառելուց ստացված գումար, 3 միլիոն դրամը ստացված փոխառություններ՝ վարկեր, իսկ 20 հազար դրամն էլ՝ քաղաքացիաիրավական այլ պայմանագրերից ստացված եկամուտ:

Աբրահամյանն այս պաշտոնում նշանակվել է նախորդ տարվա հունիսին՝ մինչ այդ զբաղեցնելով նախկինում միացյալ Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում նույն պաշտոնը:
