Իշխանության իրական վախերը՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի քաղաքական ներկայությունից

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները տեսանելիորեն անհանգստացած են գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի և նրա թիմի քաղաքական ակտիվությունից։ Փորձելով սեփական անհանգստությունը թաքցնել «խրոխտ» հայտարարությունների ու սարկաստիկ մեկնաբանությունների ետևում՝ նրանք, փաստացի, ավելի են բացահայտում իրենց վախերը։ Հանրային տրամադրությունների զարգացումը վկայում է, որ օրեցօր ավելի հստակ է դառնում՝ իշխանությունը լրջորեն մտահոգված է Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնած գործընթացներից։

«Gallup International Association»-ի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության հարցման տվյալները ևս հաստատեցին այս միտումները։ Դեռևս չձևավորված կուսակցությունը, որը պետք է առաջնորդի Սամվել Կարապետյանը, ընդամենը երկու ամսում հինգ անգամ ավելացրել է կողմնակիցների թիվը՝ գրանցելով 13,4 տոկոս աջակցություն։ Սա բացառիկ արդյունք է, եթե նկատի ունենանք, որ «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը դեռևս միայն ձևավորման փուլում է։ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի փոխանցմամբ, շարժման շնորհանդեսից հետո ընդամենը հինգ օրում ստացել են 707 անդամակցության հայտ, որոնցից 370-ը՝ Երևանից, 337-ը՝ մարզերից։

Իշխանությունները, տիրապետելով այս տվյալներին, բնականաբար թիրախավորում են թե՛ Կարապետյանին, թե՛ նրա թիմին։ Այդ տրամադրությունների արտացոլումն էր Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի երեկվա հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի՝ նա «լուրջ մրցակից» չի համարում Կարապետյանի թիմի ձևավորած ուժը։ Սակայն նմանատիպ գնահատականները ոչ թե թուլացնում են շարժման հեղինակությունը, այլ հակառակը՝ ցույց են տալիս իշխանական մտավախությունների խորությունը։

Վախի մթնոլորտը երևում է նաև վերջին դատական զարգացումներում։ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր ընտրվեց Արմեն Դանիելյանը՝ բացառապես ՔՊ-ի քվեարկությամբ։ Նրան կարելի է դիտարկել որպես իշխանության «սրտի դատավոր», որը, ըստ էության, պարգևատրվեց Սամվել Կարապետյանի գործով ցուցաբերած իշխանահաճո վարքագծի համար։ Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռ հունիսին, երբ գործարարը կալանավորվեց, իր վերաքննիչ բողոքը մակագրվեց հենց Դանիելյանին։ Կարապետյանը դեռևս «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ից նամակով արձանագրել էր, որ դատավորը մշտապես աչքի է ընկել իշխանությանը հաճոյանալու որոշումներով։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց այդ կանխատեսումը հաստատվեց․ Դանիելյանը մերժեց բողոքը՝ թողնելով ուժի մեջ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։

Այս ամենը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք դատական համակարգը դարձել է քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի գործիք։ Կարապետյանի, եկեղեցականների և ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստների դեմ իրականացվող գործերը նույն մեխանիզմի մասն են։ Սակայն նման էժանագին միջոցներով հնարավոր չէ կանխել քաղաքական նոր շարժումների հաջողությունը։

Ակնհայտ է, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը օրեցօր կորցնում է վստահության վերջին մնացորդները։ Իսկ Սամվել Կարապետյանը, թեև բանտում, շարունակում է իր ներկայությամբ ու նախաձեռնություններով փոխել քաղաքական դաշտի տրամաբանությունը՝ պատրաստվելով Հայաստանի զարգացմանն ու օրինականության հաստատմանը։
